-Necesitan actualización sus chapas de las puertas, me quedé afuera de mi habitación como por 20 minutos. Y me sugerían que la golpeara fuertemente para abrirla. -Podría mejorar en su atención al cliente -Buen sazón en el buffet de desayuno, excelentes chilaquiles.

En el Hotel Posada del Hidalgo la primera estancia nos tocó todo muy servicial, las habitaciones en adecuada ubicación e higiene. La segunda estancia nos tocó en habitaciones con mala higiene(olor a humedad, con telarañas, muebles con polvo) , sin toallas, muy alejadas del centro del hotel acudimos a recepción nos atendió KADMIA le comentamos la situación y se comunicó con su gerente y de inmediato nos dio varias soluciones, es excelente para resolver problemas, amable, accesible, servicial y sobre todo profesional, agradecemos su atención ! Sin embargo su compañera ANA con una actitud poco tolerante y sin dar solución al problema, por lo que sugiero mejorar la atención a sus clientes, ya que es un servicio que se está brindando. En general el personal de recepción de la cadena de hoteles del grupo Balderrama ( con excepción de el hotel Misión de Cerocahui que fueron muy amables) debería mejorar el trato a los huéspedes.

Pésima atención de recepción (Sarita Ana) por sobre cupo nos dieron habitación 11 y 12 polvosas con telarañas sin toallas con olor a humedad , a pesar de que la reservación se hizo con tiempo. En el desayuno mesas insuficientes . LE DAN PREFERENCIA AL TURISMO EXTRANJERO SIENDO QUE PAGAMOS LA MISMA TARIFA. NO RECOMIENDO HOSPEDAJE EN ESTE HOTEL .
