紅海最美日出，就在東邊高爾夫球場看到海邊的位置，早上六點20分不要錯過.
酒店服務很贊，每個人都很熱情，12點退房後前台小哥同意在泳池繼續玩，很貼心.
早餐晚餐豐富，酒店裝修很新，還會回來

Check-in experience was exceptional because of the front desk staff, Ahmed, who upgraded us to a superior room and was super helpful ... we stayed at room 5110, which was very spacious and had a wide-angle view on the lagoon and golf course. Breakfast was fantastic.

Our journey started with Nirmen at the front desk who did an outstanding job. Then Mousa and Ahmed at the fairway’s restaurant who made us feel like we’re home. Stiegenberger is very lucky to have a great team like their team at el gouna

Wir reisen regelmässig und weit vielen Jahren nach El Gouna, waren früher regelmässig im Steigenberger, und haben nun, nach ein paar Jahren Pause und Aufenthalten in anderen Hotels (z.B. Mövenpick und Ancient Sands), knapp 3 Wochen im "neuen" Steigenberger verbracht. Wir sind begeistert. Unsere Junior-Suite..... perfekt. Grosszügig, sauber, modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Betten in verschiedenen Varianten möglich. So einen Zimmerservice, an dem es an nichts fehlt, wie Wasser, Blumen, Bettendekor usw. (wir wurden von HAMID verwöhnt) sucht seinesgleichen. Auch das Personal in den Restaurants, an den Bars, am Strand, beim Bootsshuttle, an der Golfbar usw. ist freundlich, aufmerksam und kundenorientiert. Abwechslungsreiches, schön präsentiertes Frühstücksbuffet mit hochwertigen Getreidesorten, proteinreichen, fettarmen Milchprodukten (Joghurt, Frischkäse, Quark, Käse, Ei), ungesalzenen Nüssen und Körnern, frischem Obst und Gemüse. Toll! Ironischerweise,- wir erwähnen dies im Sinne einer weiterbringenden konstruktiven Kritik-, wirkt das Empfangspersonal an der Reception (der so wichtige erste Eindruck) und an der Guest-Relation kühl, reserviert und wenig motiviert. Einige andere der uns bekannten Steigenberger-Gäste teilen diesen Eindruck ebenso. Wir freuen uns bereits heute auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Steigenberger im Oktober und sagen allen "Herzlichen Dank und bis bald" Guido und Eva Schindler

Wir waren 10 Tage im Steigenberger Golf Resort und das sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Erholung pur, es fehlt an nichts. Die gesamte Anlage ist optisch sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf die Lagune ist ein Traum. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, kompetent und aufmerksam. Besonders möchten wir Doreen von der Gästebeteuung, Mido - den Allroundanimateur und Ahmed. A.Alla und Karm von den Servicekräften hervorheben. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Man kann in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß am Golfplatz vorbei ins Zentrum gehen.
