The most beautiful sunrise on the Red Sea, just to the east of the golf course to see the seaside, don't miss it at 6:20 in the morning.
The hotel service is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic, the guy at the front desk agreed to continue playing in the pool after checking out at 12 o'clock, very considerate.
Rich breakfast and dinner, hotel decoration is very new, will come back

The Hotel is as always different then all others around specifically for couples. They probably have a special training to the staff on how to make every guest the most special the best experience start by meeting the front desk Peter and his colleague Nerimin who gave the first impression which last till end thanks to all staff, and bar man Mostafa.

Was super nice, clean, luxury and friendly. The best hotel in El gouna. Highly recommended. The staff is very classy, friendly and professional. The spa and massage was super nice. I will sure come again. I enjoyed with my wife the beach, food, massage.

Het hotel was prachtig, perfect onderhouden, proper & uitstekende service. De staff staat elke minuut klaar om je te helpen. Een aanrader & zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Bedankt aan Mido, Khalil & Youssef voor hun uitstekende service. Deze staff staat dagelijks klaar voor jou om met de glimlach iedereen verder te helpen. Het eten was zeer goed & prijs/kwaliteit is dit hotel een 100% aanrader!

Check-in experience was exceptional because of the front desk staff, Ahmed, who upgraded us to a superior room and was super helpful ... we stayed at room 5110, which was very spacious and had a wide-angle view on the lagoon and golf course. Breakfast was fantastic.

Our journey started with Nirmen at the front desk who did an outstanding job. Then Mousa and Ahmed at the fairway’s restaurant who made us feel like we’re home. Stiegenberger is very lucky to have a great team like their team at el gouna
