Clean, very comfortable room right on Half Moon Bay. Fall to sleep listening to the waves lap against the shore. The owner, Ann, is a wonderful hostess. Ann has upgraded the beds with Temperpedic mattresses.

This hotel is having renovation issues - no breakfast coffee staff was not on premises 1st room heaters did work door didn’t work to bathroom seems to be maintenance things and the windows. i am hoping all these minor problems can be fixed. We really liked the location and some the quirky hotel . Loved some of the touches but failed to be the trip we had hoped.

Beautiful location direct at the sea, very clean and comfortable room with fire place, bath tub, balcony with sea view, good wifi, excellent breakfast, free parking and very nice and friendly host. Can’t be better. The best Hotel we had on our tour.
