We were rejected by the receptionist, telling us that there were no more rooms available and that no reservation was in my name. As a result, no solutions were given to me (especially at 11:30 p.m.), so we called ******* customer service who tried to call him back. The receptionist hung up on them.

The hotel is excellent for people on business trips: quiet, clean rooms, staff available and attentive to all customers without any denigration, the bathrooms and shower rooms are perfect, the same for the linen and towels that are replaced daily. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and the staff are happy to accommodate and be responsive to specific needs in case of strict dietary requirements. The location in the city center is also a positive point, facilitating access to all amenities on foot.

Le personnel de la réservation et réception était super, Ouakil et Mohamed, et Mustapha agent de Sécurité aussi. Mais le meilleur de tout était les charmantes dames de propreté du lieu ... très gentils et sympathiques, . L'hôtel est dans un endroit merveilleux, avec une vue imprenable et pourtant, à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants d'Al Hociema.
