AZ Hotels Grand Oran

The hotel is magnificent. The best I have visited in Algeria. The finishes are of a high level, and it also has spectacular convention halls, and a recently inaugurated Shopping Center that is the largest in Algeria. There is also a SPA Balneario where you can enjoy and relax. The experience has been fantastic.

We came to Oran one night for my friend's birthday. I mentioned during my reservation and reception that you were coming for a birthday if it was possible to have a candle, we never got a response! In short, it’s a fact. Arriving in the room we noticed that the cleaning was very poor, hair in the bathroom, seed peelings on the carpet in the room. We report this and we are offered to change rooms. In the second room it's not much better with a disgusting mirror in the bathroom, we point this out to the porter who tells us that he will report it to reception and more news. The breakfast is very good and varied but unfortunately the staff does not follow the girls (not all) chat with each other and clearly we are disturbing them! The room is comfortable but the hygiene needs to be reviewed, we liked the breakfast there is still a lot of effort to be made to be worthy of a 5 star at more than €250 or 5 million Algerian dinars per night we expect helpful, professional staff and impeccable hygiene!!! Access to the spa was offered to us to compensate for these defects but we were not able to take advantage of it. We remain rather disappointed with this experience which we will not repeat. I do not recommend the hotel which must review its standing to claim to be worthy of its price.

I booked a premium suite for my little family with a price that exceeds standards. Hotel offers being very limited in Algeria where there is not much choice, I opted for this hotel despite its high price. I had to turn around at the time of check-in and not stay on principle for two reasons: - Access to the swimming pool and the Aqua park is not included in the price of the room, despite the fact that this one, as already mentioned, goes beyond the standards. - The reception asks for a DEPOSIT, yes yes, a supposedly 5-star hotel which requires a deposit of around €150 which should cover I don't know what! I am Algerian and I am ashamed of the hotel offerings in my country. A 5-star hotel, recently inaugurated which does not grant access to its swimming pool to its residents and sells access to its swimming pool to everyone, residents or not. And also, a hotel, not an apartment rental company, a hotel that requires a deposit!!!

Excellent hôtel, personnel très sympathique et chambre propre et spacieuse, nourriture extra bonne et variée, aquaparc est super , animation et spectaclele soir...tout est bien franchement un vrai 5*

J aurai presque mis 5 étoiles car tout était très bien hormis le prix, l emplacement et la vue des chambres (pour moi c est important) , les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent quasiment pas donc vu sur un mur d un côté et de l autre sur un quartier tres modeste. Sinon la qualité du service est exceptionnelle à tous les niveaux, la restauration est aussi très bien. Mais j ai quand même trouvé le prix de la chambre très cher donc le rapport/qualité prix n est pas au rendez vous. Les chambres sont neuves et d une propreté exemplaire. La piscine est très bien mais il y’a souvent des odeurs désagréables venant du lac juste à côté.

Agréable séjour avec un staff à l'écoute et très professionnel, le buffet était parfait, la chambre très propre est spacieuse. Un emplacement parfait et calme sans oublier l'espace sauna si vous voulez vous décontracter et profiter de votre passage. L'un des meilleurs hôtel où nous avons séjourné et le meilleur en Algérie.
