Service catastrophique. Le Jaccuzi n est qu une sorte de baignoire. Eau froide et pas de bulles. Publicité mensongère. La réception ne sert à rien. L hôtel est presque vide et nous sommes encore en haute saison. Cela prouve à quel point il n est pas intéressant. Nous sommes passés par Airbnb et allons demander un remboursement. Évitez cet hôtel.

El edificio tenía problemas con el agua caliente desde que llegamos, no debieron ponernos allí ya q son muchos edificios, el aire acondicionado se apagaba en la madrugada y no volvía a prender.

Excelente servicio de Alba en check in. Nos gustó mucho el complejo de apartamentos. Todo limpio, bien equipado. Apartamento amplio, bien decorado. Las instalaciones general en buen estado. Fuimos con unos amigos y le encantó también

Wonderful stay and enjoyed it very much. Kilssy was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Also Haicei was very helpful as well. Thank for a wonderful stay. It was very safe and they made us feel comfortable.

Excellent place, extraordinary accomodations, beautyfull view, I felt most confortable Like in my own house, kids enjoy the Pool and the Beach, restaurant os amazing, i am just waiting for the next long weekend to come back

The location is beautiful and the service is even better. Kilssy was un encanto super attentive and super professional. We had an amazing time and would 10000% come back. I highly recommend you stay and if you do ask for Kilssy she will make sure you have everything you need.
