I had an amazing experience at Balai Adlao! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Ramie and Rose for their fabulous service. They were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting Balai Adlao for great experiences and even better service! Breakfast was just ok and could have been better.

The highlight of our stay were the sunset cruise and snorkeling provided by the hotel. The staff were friendly and goes all out to assist you. The food was okay.

Glad we stayed in this hotel! It's close to Lio Beach, where there are mild waves that you can surf. Also, there are many restaurants around the beach so you can literally just stay at Lio Beach to chill and relax without any hassles. Staff are super friendly.
Just one point to note, they marked 2 queen beds for twin beds type however it's actually 2 single beds so don't be mistaken. Also, there are construction projects happening -they start at 730 am and end at 9pm, if you are a light sleeper that maybe an issue. Luckily the staff said the project should end early next year, let's hope it's not delay haha.

Outstanding stay here at Adlao. We booked because of the “free” sunset cruise which was not offered because the boat was on maintenance the day we checked in. We were feeling down but the staff was enormous helpful and offered a private snorkelling tour with sunset in the floating pool. They really understood our point and made the stay awesome. They even decorated the room for my girlfriends birthday. We would 100% recommend. Try the French toast at breakfast - it is heaven.

Close to Lio Airport. Really good service. All their staff are helpful specially their receptionist whose very patient with all our request regardless of how many times we changed our plans.
Rooms are spacious however requires a bit of Maintenance some corners of the room are chipping.
Dining are are only open on breakfast, but lunch and dinner menu are coming soon as per their staff.
Overall enjoyed our stayed and will definitely stay again.

Balai Adlao is in a good location in LIO Beach. Rooms are pretty standard, clean, cozy and quiet.The restaurant is okay for breakfast but they only serve instant coffee which is a big turn off. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, ATMs and a drugstore nearby. The hotel does provide transport to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

位置很好，離機場近也離海灘很近。飯店部分設施還在施工中，我們去的時候泳池還沒處理好。整潔度跟員工服務態度都很好
