I have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves. As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them. Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think. Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges.

It's not a good idea to travel alone. You pay a deposit first, and the necessary expenses are paid from it, so you don't have to pay anything during your stay.Also, you can generally be satisfied with the activities included in the hotel plan, so there is no need to make reservations. If I give you the recipe for dessert, will you make it for me? )g The only thing is that the drainage system is weak, and there is an ammonia smell in the shower room. Our stay was terrific. The Buko team was incredibly accommodating, both ahead of our arrival and once we were here. The service was top-notch. Estephania and the reception team helped us arrange transportation, tours, and a special dinner to celebrate one of our party’s birthday. When we arrived, we found they had also decorated our room especially for his birthday and every member of the staff had signed a birthday card. The restaurant and bar was also excellent. The food was good and the menu diverse. We tried many breakfast, lunch, and dinner options and they were all delicious. The restaurant team, Roseann, PJ, and Rollen, were always very attentive. We stayed in the Sea View Cottages and found them to be cozy, intimate, and clean. The air conditioning worked great and the bedding was comfortable. The cottages were outfitted with every possible means of mosquito repellent, and the outdoor bathrooms were modern, clean, and tranquil. The pool was clean and cool, which we found to be rare considering the hot temperature (we visited in May and the pools at other hotels/resorts we stayed at were very warm). We loved how small the resort was and the gardens were well kept. Despite being close to the road, we didn’t hear much traffic. Overall an amazing stay, and if we ever come back to El Nido we would stay here again.

The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️
