L hotel bien placé, pas très cher , le personnel très inexpérimenté, sale sur lui , mauvais service , pas très communicatif , la chambre pas très propre , la literie très mauvaise. Un bon restaurant pourtant mais le personnel est très sale .

Hotel Merino is located in El Pas de la Casa, a little new town in Andorra Country, next to the border with France. The rate quality/price was very good. Very well located in El Pas de la Casa, at the beginning of the main street. The room had all we needed to stay a night. The staff was very friendly with my daughter and with me. The breakfast (with french pastries) was included in the price and it is very well. It is possible to have a dinner buffet in the restaurant. On the other hand, the room is a bit old and small.

Fuimos una familia de ocho miembros, con 3 niños. Hotel sencillo y familiar ideal para unos días de sky, muy bien ubicado, cerca de las pistas de Pas de la casa y también en plena calle comercial. Un excelente para el personal de este hotel, siempre con una sonrisa y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Desayuno y cena variada, correcta , comida casera, bien preparada y bien presentada. Debajo del hotel hay una especie de taberna con mucho encanto donde también dan servicio de comida y cena. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias al personal de este hotel

Los alérgicos no tenemos cabida en este restaurante. Tengo muchas y graves alergias, al comentarle a la camarera que si no les importaba, me había traído mi cena ya que no podía comer nada de la carta, me dice que lo tiene que consultar. Después de consultarlo con el jefe, me dice que no, que no puedo sacarme mi comida, por lo tanto, cenar. En mis 34 años, no me había pasado algo así en ningún restaurante, y voy a todos lados desde siempre con mi tupper y advirtiéndolo cuando llego a cualquier local. Me parece vergonzoso, y una falta de empatía increíble. Y sobre todo, que el jefe no bajase a dar la cara, y a decírmelo. Señores, las alergias alimentarias son graves, y es un problema real, no es un capricho tener que salir de casa con la comida en un tupper. Vergonzoso…

Julio and Rosa did a fantastic job at making us feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and want their guests to have a great time in Pas. The hotel is located very close to the mountain and is situated close to shops/supermarkets. The restaurant area has a very nice atmosphere and we spend a few of our nights eating and drinking in there. The room was small for 4 adults, but the hotel provides a locker to store ski equipment in. The room is quite basic but is what we needed for a ski trip. The electricity in the hotel occasionally cut out some evenings, but overall the stay is great value for money!
