I have been very impressed with Hotel Cristina's facilities, amenities & the service I received whilst staying at during a recent visit to Pas De La Casa. The Staff working at the hotel were incredibly helpful, any requests were dealt with immediately, employees could not have done more for us if they tried. The room we had was great, more than big enough for three friends, the room was cleaned daily for when we arrived back from the slopes. No complaints with the food, we were half board and the selection at dinner time catered for everyone and was not repetitive. There was a chef making fresh omelets in the morning and frying up meats etc in the evenings. we had a late arrival and staff had a dinner prepared for us, and as we were departing early AM we were sent on our way with a packed breakfast. Located a literal 2 minute walk from the slopes, we hired from Ski Pas 83 who were also very good, would recommend them also. Very good value for money, would recommend to anyone.

First stay at this hotel. Nice hotel, room adequate size, bathroom slightly small BUT with a fantastic shower you just don't want to step out of! Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was some late night noise (according to my daughter...I'm a heavy sleeper!). Great variety of food for breakfast, dinner was pretty good too and the chef cooks meat/fish to order. The only downside was that the food on the hotplates was not hot, it was lukewarm, which was really disappointing. Bar area good, drinks cheap, shame they had no pink gin or cocktails. The extractor fan in our bathroom did not work. Mentioned to reception just before we went out for the evening g, and was fixed by time we got back. Would definitely stay again, and would get 5 stars if the food was hot!

Lovely little hotel in great location with quick and easy access to the slopes and the town. The staff were very accommodating and always happy to help, from the reception staff, bar staff, waiting staff through to housekeeping. The food was generally good. There were a couple of nights where the buffet was a bit limited, especially for kids (we had a 11,15 and 18 year old in tow). Breakfast variety was great. Would have loved to have seen porridge / oats on the menu but you can’t have it all! The lobby area was pleasant but could do with a few more activities for families - it has a pool table and TV but would be better with some board games like jenga, chess etc. The bar drinks were cheap compared to bars in town which was an incentive to stay in rather than going out! My only criticism was the noise from the road side rooms between 2-4am. This is a party place and so we had many happy people shouting in the street at a time when we were sleeping. We needed to have the windows open as the heat in the room was unbearable (even with the heating turned off). If the windows were kept closed, the noise would have been less of a problem. This is not the hotels fault but worth pointing out. We had another room at the back side of the hotel and the noise didn’t seem to be an issue so my top tip would be to try and get a room at the rear of the hotel.

This was our second visit to the hotel, and we thoroughly recommend it. We had two lovely rooms, with our daughter's on floor 3 and us on floor 4 at the rear. I would recommend rooms at the rear of the hotel as night life can sometimes be a bit noisy (not the hotels fault!). Food is excellent, bar cheap and if you are skiing, the ski room is convenient being in the basement. Access to the slopes is less than 100m away. All in all a top notch hotel.

Stayed for a week whilst on a skiing trip and found the hotel amazing value. The staff are all lovely and personable (remembered our room number at the restaurant and drinks order at the bar). We also often saw staff out and about and they always said hello. The rooms are modern and kept clean, the toiletries are restocked everyday (vanity kit, shower gels and shower caps etc.) and the ski lockers are extremely handy. The restaurant food is great, the chef will also cook fresh dishes at both breakfast and evening meal and goes above and beyond to assist you (a really lovely guy- as are all the staff to be honest). The location is great for skiing, the ski tunnel is literally a 1 minute walk (at the trip of the street) meaning you can ski down to the lifts on a morning and get off here when your done for the day- really saves going all the way round and carrying all your gear down/up the steps and hill. The drinks are very reasonably priced in the hotel and although there isn’t a great amount of choice there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend.

We had two rooms for a week. One a twin and one a double. Whilst a little small, they were warm, comfortable and well equipped. Housekeeping kept the room clean and well stocked. The hotel itself is close to the slopes - its not ski in/ski out, but it is only about 100 metres from the ski room to the slopes, via a tunnel under the Olympic Hotel. So, its level access from ski room to slope. Each room gets a large locker with plenty of room for skis and boots. Pas de la Casa is at the foot of ski slopes and you can get to four different lifts and the ski school within 30 seconds from the access tunnel! Back to the hotel, and it has a ground floor bar with pool table and a first floor restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. These are buffet style with a chef cooking one or two items to order each day - so for example at breakfast eggs are cooked to order if needed. The evening buffet has 5 or 6 main course options and a salad cart. I would be surprised if you didn't find something to eat. The only down side (and this not really the fault of the hotel) is noise at night from the street. There are a lot of bars in town and beer plus excited groups moving around in the evening can be noticeable! Not really sure what could be done about this, but if you are a light sleeper ask to sleep on a higher floor! But as a ski hotel its location and facilities are great.

We booked a package holiday with Crystal Ski in the UK. The package price was great which included flight and transfer and Half Board. The hotel had a revamp a few years back and still looks good. There's no sauna or steam room etc, but you need a 4* hotel for that. Bar prices are cheap and large measures. Rooms are smallish but everything is there. Twin beds push together, Good WIFI, hot shower. Never used the TV. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in room. Food was very good. An open buffet with soup, salads, breads, various hot food, live cook of meat and fish, desserts, ice cream etc. Big shout out to Chef Danny- Thanks. Its a short walk up to the slopes- access via the walkway under Hotel Olympic. The access area around the slopes was very icy- be careful or alternatively walk to the centre. The ski storage was good- the main thing missing is boot warms in the lockers. Lots a apres ski - on a sunny day i'd recommend finishing at 3:30pm at the open air bar at the top of the mountain. Don't leave it too late to return- lots of half cut beginners on the return slope to Pas. This hotel costs slightly more then the other 3* hotels on the same road, but its definitely worth it. This was our 2nd year in Pas- and we hope to return to Hotel Cristina in the 23/24 season. Final note- unfortunately you do get drunk people wondering at 3am outside the hotel. To cut the noise make sure the outside patio doors have been locked correctly. The door on the left has a top and bottom catch to the frame.
