Staff are quite rude and tried to scam me out of a 200 EUR deposit. Each room needs to pay a 200 EUR deposit on arrival. I paid by card and over a week after returning home the hotel had not responded to my emails requesting repayment. After calling them, they confirmed they were refusing to pay the deposit back and said that the room was left in a "deplorable state" and that there was blood stains left on all the mattresses, bed linen etc. This was simply untrue and after I said this to the staff member over the phone they said "it was their word against mine" and they wouldn't be returning the deposit. Thankfully my friend had taken photos of our room taken just prior to our departure which showed the room to be perfectly clean (no signs of blood as falsely stated by the hotel staff). I think they were shocked to see that we had photographic evidence to back up our claims and immediately paid me the full deposit back. Summary - IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED TO STAY HERE, TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE LEAVING YOUR ROOM ON THE LAST DAY TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED BY THE STAFF.

Buona visione perché a lato delle piste, pulizia buona ma personale antipatico e superficiale, mancanza di comunicazione e risposte poco professionali. La cosa peggiore è il parcheggio sotterraneo. Non so chi abbia costruito quell'edificio ma è pessimo, veramente difficile parcheggia per mancanza di spazio. In più dovevamo parcheggiare nel posto assegnato ed era anche occupato.

Le Parking il faut le vivre pour le décrire une horreur . Un appartement plus petit qu’annoncer. Très mal isoler, très bruyant… La literie n’en parlons pas . De l’eau chaude pour 2 personnes alors que c’est un appartement pour 4 . Le seul point positif la localisation pour les pistes de ski !!

He cancelado la reserva por falta de nieve y me han cobrado el 50% de la misma. Me siento estafado y engañado por el establecimiento de Frontera Blanca Superior del Pas de la Casa en Andorra. Pista roja 5 de 44, y pista negra 2/18. Si se cancela sin razón estoy de acuerdo con la penalización, pero si se cancela por razones objetivas de destino, aplicar penalización es una estafa

Excellent location and we found the reception staff very friendly, but that’s about it. Apartment was filthy and the beds on the verge of collapse. The offer a discount on ski hire from the shop in the block, but it’s cheaper down the road. Love Pas as a resort though.

Apartamentos espectaculares mesmo em cima das pistas com todas as comodidades necessárias. Tem uma equipa profissional e bastante dedicada para que as nossas férias corram super bem. Recomendo sinceramente para famílias que procurem um alojamento premium e sentir como se fosse uma extensão da sua própria casa.

La habitación muy sencilla incluso más de lo poco que pagamos. La experiencia es mala porque el sofá cama estaba roto y no se podía dormir. Si se vende una habitación para 4 personas, deben poder dormir las cuatro personas. Al final pusimos todos los colchones y dormimos en el suelo todos juntos.

El apartamento completamente renovado. Todo lo necesario para la estancia. Alba, del área de gestión toda una profesional. Estamos encantados. Llevamos varios años yendo, a los que están sin renovar, y menuda diferencia!! A pie de pista.
