GENEERAL IS GOOD. BUT THE SHUTTLE WILL BE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER NINE PM...WE HAVE TO TAXI TO HOTEL AFTER ARRIVING AT ELP AIRPORT

The bathroom in our room was very dirty. There was slime and mildew on the tiles. There was a long dark hair on the shower wall. The bathroom interior door was scratched up from previous dogs. The coating on the bath tub had worn off. The floor in the sleeping area had not been vacuum well. My dog found food under the edge of one bed. The beds were not comfortable at all. Two good things: location and the air-conditioning.

Rooms need new carpet all in patches furniture outdated restroom needs a remodel sink counter top cracked...breakfast was good employees were friendly
