Things are changing and not sure if its corporate or franchise: 1. There no longer is a business center or a lobby computer. (gone completely) 2. The prices for food are even higher than the airport restaurants. (Breakfast buffet $17.00). 3. The pantry is almost non-existent and there are no amenity supplies. It looks cleaned out. They say they are renovating this area, but this does not appear to be the case. The rooms are still fine and the staff are very nice. The hotel shuttle works well. Despite its location right on the freeway, the place is pretty quiet if you get a room on the south side. All in all, I would probably stay next door at the Homewood Suites next time.

Stayed one night, a solid HGI experience. Checked in late, still sufficient parking in a well-lit lot. Located next to an asphalt refinery, so view from room wasn't the best but didn't affect our stay. Room was good-sized, clean, and generally well-maintained. Everything in the room worked except for the bathroom ventilation fan, which was not an issue for our overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and had a good night's sleep Overall a really nice stay as I've come to expect from this brand. Would return.

I like the hotel but this time they stuck me in a dark, drab room that’s window looks out on an AC unit and a solid wall!! No light. Bad design and not worth the money!!

A clean and pleasant hotel, fairly close to El Paso Airport. If I'm objective, the property seems a bit plain by HGI standards and my room was on the small side but, it was scrupulously clean, very quiet, and the staff kindly honored my special room request, so all around a fine experience. I stayed at this hotel for convenience (promimity to ELP) but my overnight was made memorable by excellent and cheerful service from Lizbeth in the restaurant and Carolina at the front desk. I was served a nice dinner, and the food and drinks were resonably priced. One friendly recommendation to the hotel: Since you provide a complimentary airport shuttle, I suggest you include that in the amenities section of your website. There is currently no mention of it. I, therefore, assumed there was no shuttle and wasted time and money on a cab. But, now I know for next time and I am glad I discovered HGI El Paso, as it is super convenient when flying early or late in to, our out of, ELP. I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff!

Thank you to Melissa, Bertha, and the shuttle driver for blessing me tremendously during my stay here. Rough morning at the airport and Melissa allowed me to check back in to my room for a few hours after a missed flight. The shuttle driver picked me up in MINUTES (was so kind), and Bertha hooked it up with some yummy breakfast. I’ve never had such a good hotel stay. Can’t thank the staff enough. Hotel was so hygienic and smelled so clean everywhere I went.

We self check in so didn’t deal with anyone there. However we would like to say the the service we got at the bar/lounge was awesome. We got there around 5:30pm so the lady working the bar and lounge had the best customer service we have received in years. I hope you see what a great asset she is to this location. She is not just professional but very polite and on top of it all she had everything running smooth. We hope to run through her location again some day. Job well done
