I could not be happier with my room at this Hotel modern clean. I had an amazing experience, staff service was outstanding and room was exactly what I was looking for. The rooms do not have a fridge but when I called the desk they had one available and had one sent up pretty quickly.

Room was nice. Seemingly clean with a nice southerly view, large TV and comfy bed. Free parking (huge plus) and a great lounge for evening relaxation and breakfast. Two minutes from the airport. The only thing I found odd as a Titanium member was the lack of smiles and warmth from the staff. They weren’t rude, just detached. Overall, it would be a top pick for El Paso.

The manager took us in and treated us like family. She was great. After a long travel day, we walked into her booked hotel. She made room by offering a recently renovated room, missing only the desk's granite top. It was perfect, and I got my military discount. I got the best rate in the area, and this was a superior hotel with best location near the airport. The staff was superb including the first class Bellman at the door! Thank you thank you!!

Great, newly renovated hotel right by the airport! The staff was friendly and checkin was quick. The room itself was nicely updated, however it was very small. Despite the small size of the room, the room was furnished in a manner that helped you look past the small size. Next time I am in El Paso I will choose this property for sure.
