I will never use Trip.com again. I called and asked to move my stay to one day later because I was exposed to covid and the refused, but blamed on the hotel. The hotel stated that trip.com must make the change not them. I rebooked with the hotel who provided a discount because of my situation. I will ensure that my colleagues know about my experience. So very disappointed and will be notifying my credit card company about this company.

Bathroom was small. The shampoo dispensers were low or empty. We had 4 people on the reservation yet only 2 towels were readily available upon arrival and I had to call the front desk for more towels. Not pet friendly at all. No areas for pets to do their business, entire surrounding areas concrete or rock gravel. The faucet was installed incorrectly so we had to turn the hot water a weird way to turn it on. No vacuuming was done or towel or soap refills. There was a car club hanging out at the parking lot taking all the available parking and was very loud from their car engines. There was no security telling them to leave the premises because they were loitering. Very disappointing.

This stay was a 2 day wedding gift for my ederly relative starting Chapter 2 of his life with his new Sweetheart. They found their stay so relaxing after the wedding. They loved the delicious complimentary breakfast 😋. Overall, they loved their stay.

Had a fantastic time! The front desk staff was great, breakfast was wonderful and the pool/jacuzzi was really nice. The bartender (I think her name is May) was very friendly and outgoing! The exceptional customer service is the reason why we will be staying at the Embassy Suites from now on when we stay in El Paso.

Great part was all the staff. Friendly attentive kind
Worst. Drawers so hard to open in bedroom
Was woke by dripping from ceiling. Maintenance came 2x. They tried but made it worse. I slept horrible. They did apologize but that was it. Do not sleep in room 105

Completely over run by obnoxious foreign Nationals. Had to wait in line for an hour for complimentary drinks, waited in line for breakfast for another hour on top of that. Foreign Nationals and their children running up and down the hallways screaming and laughing until 1am. Jacuzzi was broken, and staff seemed to not care.

Habitaciones no tan buenas. Y los wafles tardamos mucho para hacerlos, ya que había solo 2 máquinas. Y mucha gente esperando.
