Hotel was really close to the highway so it was pretty noisy, my door had a dead bolt but it didn’t have the door lock up top like most other hotels. The doors were pretty loud so you could hear when other guest would leave their room.

El hotel a caído de lo peor. Tengo años reservando en el mismo y con buen servicio. no había vuelto desde la pandemia ahora que regreso el hotel sin mantenimiento, sin desayunos cosa que venía publicado que los incluía. El hotel sucio, la habitación toda la noche tiraba agua de la ducha y aparte sin poder hacer uso para bañ**** ya que no servirá. Los teléfonos de la habitación no funcionan, falta de fumigación para no entrar en detalles que encontramos.

Room was not in satisfactory condition.
Broken security lock
Tub wouldn’t hold water
Clothes rack was broken
Sink faucet when turned on sprayed water
Heater was so loud that I had to turn it off in order to sleep
Was given plastic water glass for coffee
Curtains were worn and ripped
Overall appearance of hotel was dirty with shady people living there
Bathroom fan did not work
