Están remodelando, el único elevador que funciona está horrible, forrado todo en cartón, las láminas del techo sueltas, no da nada se seguridad subirse a un elevador así. Cada vez que salía alguien del elevador se escuchaban los comentarios de "creapy" y "scary"

When I mentioned at breakfast the milk tasted a bit off, Cesar immediately went to the kitchen and came back with a cool glass & a new gallon of milk and poured me a very cold, fresh glass of milk. He was so courteous and wanted to ensure I was happy. All the personnel were great, but Cesar gets the gold star for best in class customer service!

Overall great experience, beautiful hotel and professional staff. Check in process was smooth and facility was more than I expected. 15 minutes away from DFW, flight was canceled and I was relieved to be there after showering and relaxing.

A dump. Spoke my concerns to the front desk. Zero follow up. Emailed the hotel when I returned home. Again, zero follow up. The place is ancient and falling apart. Half the light fixtures in my room did not function. The AC sounded like a train going through the room. And the room itself was dingy and poorly cleaned. The outdoor pool was filthy with a layer of what I assume was oil on top of the water. No one cared, no one did anything to correct the problems. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Our room is at end of hall on 1st floor nearest to interstate Highway. Lots of road noise. Exit door noisy when opened/closed.

El servicio de front desk fue excelente por parte de Jay, el muy bien, solo algunos inconvenientes como el que no se limpia el cuarto diariamente aun cuando la paguina tiene anunciado que se hace, entiendo que estan en renovacion pero no es necesario que la puerta este abierta todo el tiempo y mas si esta haciendo frio afuera. el desayuno excelente como siempre. hemos sido clientes por mas de 20 años y lo seguiremos siendo cada vez que vayamos a El Paso. TX.

Great customer service when arrived to facility,. Clean facility and my room was very clean. Friendly staff from all departments. Fresh meals with a variety of choices. Rates are reasonable and woth the cost.
