My husband and I received excellent customer service since check-in. Briana was polite and made us feel welcome since we arrived. She received us with a smile and made sure we had all the info we needed. The location of the room was convenient. We had a studio with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The room was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The fan is constantly working in the room and it was a little annoying at first while sleeping but didn't cause any issues. The bed is comfortable. The little kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, spoons, etc. which is nice. Complimentary breakfast was great. It provided a variety of options. Hot egg/sausage/cheese sandwiches, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, delicious coffee as well as different juices. The dining area was very clean and the lady taking care of it is really nice, her name is Letty. She was making sure of refilling the food and cleaning around. Everything was great at this hotel and would stay here in the future. It's my favorite place to stay in the are of El Paso so far.

Breakfast is excellent, All Staffs are polite and helpful. I will go back again. Other food areas are close by within a few blocks to smile radius.

I spent the night here on a westbound roadtrip. The hotel is located a couple minutes off the freeway close to the airport. The check in process was a breeze and I was thanked for my business. The room was large and included a kitchenette, sofa bed, and lots of surface space for eating or working. The pool looked very clean and was being used most of the afternoon by fellow travelers. One observation that sticks out is the towels. They’re very soft, some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Breakfast in the morning was quick and easy. They offered breakfast sandwiches, protein bowels, and nice yogurt selections which is a pleasant upgrade from what I typically see at other similar properties. The facility as a whole was kept updated and clean. Pleasant experience here.

It was a nice hotel with sweet staff that will help with anything.

Our stay at Home 2 Suites is always fantastic, no matter what location we stay at. The El Paso Airport location was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were incredibly clean, had lots to choose from at breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and it really did feel like our home away from home.

Clean, staff were kind and efficient. Comfy bed! They had a shuttle to the airport which also would take you to nearby restaurants.

This was our second visit to this hotel and we will continue to visit this location for our future trips to El Paso. The staff is always so welcoming and catering! The rooms are clean and beds so comfortable. The heated pool was the cherry on top! My kiddos enjoyed a chilly evening in the warm pool!
