The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to note that Alejandro and Nate gave excellent service to us. Nate reset the tv channels so we could get ESPN to watch March madness!

My husband and I received excellent customer service since check-in. Briana was polite and made us feel welcome since we arrived. She received us with a smile and made sure we had all the info we needed. The location of the room was convenient. We had a studio with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The room was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The fan is constantly working in the room and it was a little annoying at first while sleeping but didn't cause any issues. The bed is comfortable. The little kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, spoons, etc. which is nice. Complimentary breakfast was great. It provided a variety of options. Hot egg/sausage/cheese sandwiches, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, delicious coffee as well as different juices. The dining area was very clean and the lady taking care of it is really nice, her name is Letty. She was making sure of refilling the food and cleaning around. Everything was great at this hotel and would stay here in the future. It's my favorite place to stay in the are of El Paso so far.

Breakfast is excellent, All Staffs are polite and helpful. I will go back again. Other food areas are close by within a few blocks to smile radius.

Our stay at Home 2 Suites is always fantastic, no matter what location we stay at. The El Paso Airport location was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were incredibly clean, had lots to choose from at breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and it really did feel like our home away from home.

Clean, staff were kind and efficient. Comfy bed! They had a shuttle to the airport which also would take you to nearby restaurants.

It was roomy and had all the amenities we needed. Especially the towels, which many hotels skimp on.

Nice room. We were only there for one night. I feel like you can rely on the consistency at Hilton hotels.

Check in was quick and easy, room was very clean and beds were comfortable

My stay was good, pet friendly front desk was very nice accommodation well explain time and location of room. Breakfast was a little messy but other then that was good

Comfortable beds, nightlight in bathroom, nice room arrangement, at least 2 mirrors and 2 sinks, bathroom fan was quiet.

It was a nice hotel with sweet staff that will help with anything.

Room comes with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The entire property is clean inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and professional.
