Me ha encantado el hotel, los jardines , la habitación, la atención del personal... En el restaurante por estar alojados en el hotel nos dieron opción de elegir entre uno de sus menús de degustación o una carta especial, que es la que elegimos. La comida deliciosa, la atención del personal del restaurante, muy buena.

Excelente experiencia en Villa Retiro. Hemos estado tres días de lujo. Habitaciones espaciosas, cómodas y con todos los detalles necesarios para una buena estancia. Estuvimos hospedados en la zona exterior en una suite que cuenta con un pequeño jardín privado y una bañera jacuzzi. Jardines amplios con una piscina abierta las 24 h. Desayuno bufet con buen producto y amplia variedad. Restaurante con comida excelente bajo la batuta del chef Fran Lopez, de trato muy cercano. Servicio de masajes bajo petición y reserva previa, que ayuda todavía mas a relajarse. Trato exquisito por parte de todo el personal (hotel, habitaciones, restaurante, masajistas). Totalmente recomendable para relajarse y desconectar de la rutina.

Lástima que la piscina estaba sucia, falta de limpieza a fondo, con moho negrillo que se desprende y flota en la superficie, creo que esto no debería ser así y menos en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Por lo demás muy bien. La habitación grande y muy limpia, el desayuno correcto, y los jardines muy bonitos.

El hotel es una maravilla, cuidado al detalle. Hemos hecho el pack “escapada romántica” con Spa, masaje, visita a bodega (cata de vinos incluida) y comida en su restaurante estrella michelín y la relación calidad-precio es immejorable. El desayuno también genial. Nos ofrecieron sin cargo una habitación superior a nuestra llegada y tuvieron un bonito detalle por ser nuestro aniversario. Sin duda repetiremos

Es un antiguo palacete modernista de 1890, reformado y adecuado como hotel de 9 habitaciones, qué recientemente han ampliado con una construcción anexa de 10 habitaciones tipo “suites”, muy amplias y luminosas, todo ello en un paraje rodeado de un magnífico jardín que te hace disfrutar de este remanso de paz. Además de poder disfrutar de un excelente restaurante con Estrella Michelin.El personal del hotel se merece un 10, hemos estado en muchos hoteles pero como la atención de este ninguno. El único pero es donde se sirve el desayuno que tiene un acceso por medio de una escalera que para personas con movilidad reducida es complicado, así y todo muy recomendable.

Una experiencia bastante mala, llegamos para pasar un par de noches en lo que esperábamos iba a ser un hotel de 5 estrellas y con unas instalaciones y comodidades como tal y nos encontramos con un hotel con un servicio pésimo. El desayuno mas justo imposible, con un pequeño buffet donde a la que te descuidas falta de todo. Servicio muy poco profesional ya que les pides algo y la camarera te atiende de malas maneras y en mayas del decathlon. Tienen un bar en la piscina que para que te sirvan has de llamar a recepción ya que no está ni operativo. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear de ser las de un hotel de 5 estrellas y las habitaciones muy justas.

Un restaurante espectacular que no os lo podéis perder y el menú de gustación es increíble ni uno solo de todos los platos que tomamos no fue espectacular el servicio al mismo nivel que la comida y un Hotel encantador con una habitación muy confortable y silenciosa. Y el masaje también a recomendar
