First time in this part of Spain. Found this hotel by chance on trip.com and everything turned out well. Little known to Asian tourist since we were the only ones there but encourage Asians to visit. Discovered this very family friendly resort in a great location with nice beaches and nature in the surrounding nature reserve. For kids, no need to leave the resort, fun just staying there. For more adventures discover the many beaches lining the coast and the wetlands further beyond.

Troisième fois après une absence de 6 ans. La situation de l' hôtel extra, vue sur le Delta de l'Èbre de la piscine du 3eme adulte only. Nous avons retrouvé la gentillesse du personnel au bar, les maîtres nageurs de la piscine, Ali au restaurant nous a reconnu. L' équipe d animation a changé mais César et Carlos ainsi que les filles du mini club sont dynamiques, très sympathiques et nous font participer aux diverses activités sans pour autant nous obliger. Si vous aimez la rando, Gr 92 à la sortie de l' hôtel. Pensez à vos chaussures... Ano proxima quisas ?

No apto para celíacos, engañoso y director pésimo hacia el trato de sugerencias y disconformidades hacia su hotel, sobre todo hacia su cocina y realismo ante los productos sin gluten. Peligroso ante la contaminación cruzada de alimentos.

Un año mas ,dias inolvidables,fui con mi mujer y al final de la semana vinieron los nietos. Que hay cosas que mejorar,claro que si ,pero el calor humano que se respira con todos los empleados,suplen y dejan a un lado las irregularidades que puedan tener, que son insignificantes. Desde el primero al ultimo empleado un 10,un director que encabeza siempre en primera linea esta orquesta que no desafina i que hace sientas que ya falta poco para volver. Recepcion,todos con una atencion espectacular,comedor,Chef atento ,camareros amables y diligentes,servicio de Bar muy atentos y serviciales,animacion con Carlos al frente acomo amigos,ayudan a disfrutar en todo momento de los ratos de ocio de nuestras vacaciones,TURISTAS TODO INCLUIDO, es la frase popular de los animadores.Una Atencion especial al socorrista Argentino,(lo siento ,no recuerdo el nombre) PROFESIONAL y amable.Servicio de habitaciones se desviven para tenerlo siempre todo inmaculado y apunto.Vamos que respeto,pero no comparto estas opiniones tan negativas que se pueden leer en pocas ocasiones. A un agradecimiento al servicio tecnico por la profesionalidad que demostro al tener una tarde un problema con la corriente en el Bar. Ahora cerrais ,descansat ,que dentro de poco nos volveis a tener aqui.

Hace años pase unos dias alojada en el hotel y la experiencia fue muy buena, por ello decidimos ir este año. Instalaciones y personal correctos, en cuanto a la comida decepcionante. Escasa, repetitiva y poca calidad. Animacion escasa, quizas porque cerraban en una semana. No lo recomiendo!!!

Lo mejor del restaurante el desayuno. Tanto la comida como la cena escasa , muy repetitiva, muchas veces recalentada y no muy buena. Íbamos con todo incluida y no reponian los productos que se les iba acabando. Sin duds no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos. Eso sí, en general, el personal muy agradables.

Buen resort para descansar y relajarte El hotel está en un sitio muy tranquilo muy cerca del Delta del Ebro tiene un spa y una piscina climatizada luego tiene varias piscinas al aire libre y una solo de adultos la verdad que es muy completo La comida para mí ha sido muy rica está muy bien hecha muy elaborada y tiene mucho sabor los arroces todos los que he probado muy buenos Y el resto de comida muy bien mucho donde elegir por poner un pero el zumo lo ofertan como natural el de naranja pero no lo es Decir que el equipo de animación los chicos y chicas son todos majísimos y se esfuerzan mucho la verdad que en la temporada que nosotros hemos ido ya en septiembre ha bajado mucho todo y no hay tanto como en otros meses pero bueno eso está muy a gusto El personal de recepción camareras comedores bares etcétera todos muy agradables y amables Y el servicio de limpieza pues muy bien las habitaciones están muy bien amplias y muy limpias

El Hotel al que vamos casi cada año es una maravilla, el trato personal excelente, la comida perfecta, instalaciones un 10, de verdad es una maravilla de Hotel, siempre vamos con 2 niños , y el pequeño Alan disfruta como un loco, los espectacules geniales, gracias a todo el equipo de les oliveras. volveremos seguro proximo año.
