Este hotel NO merece las 4 estrellas que tiene, ni el precio demasiado elevado para lo que es! La situación inmejorable eso sí, pero el desayuno es de los peores que he visto, muy poca variedad y el zumo es solo agua con colorante o eso es lo que parece! No tienen casi personal, y por eso el bar estaba cerrado a las nueve de la noche :( y el personal que tienen no se les ve muy felices la verdad! En fin que si le quitas una estrella y en consecuencia le bajas el precio pues ya sabes lo que estás contratando, tal y como está ahora te vas defraudado. Estoy ahora mismo alojada en este hotel y no me voy a otro porque te cobran la estancia en cuanto llegas :( NO volveré ni lo recomendaré .

Hotel en primera línea de playa,con acceso directo al paseo marítimo, nos alojamos con media pensión, la comida variada y bien,el zumo de naranja del desayuno era natural, que es de agradecer,la habitación era familiar,4 camas,baño grande y terraza, el spa,muy bien,el personal del hotel muy amable, desde la recepción,camareros y camareras de habitación, estuvimos muy a gusto

Nos hemos alojado aquí dos noches en este hotel y a la llegada el domingo nos atendió un recepcionista llamado Miguel Ángel muy desagradable le costó darnos la habitación que yo había pedido en comentarios y la chica que me habia atendido por teléfono me dijo que no había problemas, pero con él,todo eran pegas, al final nos hizo esperar un buen rato y tuvo que ser lo que él dijo poca empatía con nosotros ,después veíamos como gente que llegaba después se le daba la llave de la habitación antes que a nosotros nos dejó hasta las 14.30 esperando estando lista, cuando subimos nos dijo la limpiadora que esa habitación no la habia limpiado por lo tanto estaba lista ,para darnos la habitación,después la habitación un poco antigua y los aminities excasos solo dos diminutas botellitas de gel que no olían a nada. La piscina congelada y con obras en los aledaños mucho ruido arreglando la zona del mini golf. Después el spa aparte y súper caro sin descuento para clientes que están e alojados,y encima no es para tanto el spa. Después en el hotel decía parking gratuito y después no lo era 7 euros el día. En fin lo bueno que está a pie de playa el hotel, lo peor la forma de atendernos en recepción el señor Miguel Ángel,una decepción total espero que no se vuelva a repetir y te traten con más amabilidad y empatía como en la mayoría de hoteles en los que hemos estado. ,

El hotel está justo en el paseo de valdelagrana, las habitaciones están bastante bien comparando calidad-precio. Solo cojo os alojamiento así que no probé el bufet, el punto negativo de este hotel se lo doy al personal, tan solo un señor de recepción fue simpático a la salida. El resto parece que estén amargados, ni una sonrisa.

PARA MI ES UN TRES ESTRELLAS Y MEDIO. ME EXPLICO, EL SPA VA POR FUERA A PARTE Y NO TIENES ACCESO NI SIQUIERA A LA PISCINA. RESPECTO AL AJUAR LAS TOALLAS MUY USADAS Y MANTAS EN LAS CAMAS DE LAS DE ANTES. EL PARKING ES DE PAGO. RESPECTO A LO BUENO EL PERSONAL AGRADABLE TANTO DE COMEDOR COMO DE HABITACIONES. EL DESAYUNO MUY SURTIDO Y TODO RICO Y LA SITUACION ES BUENA.

Las instalaciones son perfectas. Utilizamos el restaurante y nos encantò la variedad de comida, todo de muy buena calidad y tambièn la eficacia del personal. La chica del bar, Ana Marìa, un encanto. Utilizamos el spa que nos gustò mucho y Rocìo fue tambièn encantadora, muy amable y nos explicò todo muy bien y con mucha paciencia. El personal de Recepciòn muy amable tambièn. Tuvimos q esperar turno porque estaban muy ocupados pero nos atendieron muy bien. No pudimos utilizar la piscina por falta de tiempo pero es preciosa, igual q en las fotos. La habitaciòn nos encantò, limpìsima y la cama super còmoda. El hotel està justo enfrente de la playa, con un montòn de bares y restaurantes a cinco minutos andando.
