I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and it’s conveniently located near Walmart and a bunch of restaurants. I will always book with Fairfield inn from here on out whenever I am in El Reno

This was a quick overnight stop on a road trip. We arrived and greeted with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. There are several fast food places within walking distance to the hotel. The breakfast was good and had variety.

Nice hotel, was accommodated with adjoining rooms. Check in was easy, attendant very nice. Room and hotel very clean. The only thing is that the thermostat in one room didn’t work but we were only there one night and the room served its purpose.

We got into our bed, and there were several ate chicken bones in between the sheets. It was absolutely disgusting.

Booked this for one night as a pit stop on a cross country road trip. We got in late and had a clean, quiet stay. Room was very large, hotel seemed recently renovated. Breakfast the next morning had a wide selection. Was one of the best hotels we stopped at during our 14 day trip!

This was a very disappointing week at this hotel. The first evening was great, the hotel manager was lovely. Each day after something happened. We were told we could not wear shoes in the breakfast area due to another guests muddy boots. Even though ours were not muddy. The fridges in the rooms froze all of our groceries, we ended up losing about $200 worth of food. The beds all had a large area where it had sunk from not being rotated & the noise- wow. We all barely slept because of how noisy this hotel was every single night. We didn’t mind housekeeping coming in but everyday they came, they adjusted our thermostats and cranked them way up. Close to a thousand dollars was spent at this hotel for the crew and we all had terrible stays. Hopefully management will see this and do better.
