This hotel is also used by flight attendants and pilots. There is a free airport and hotel shuttle bus, which is convenient. There is coffee near the reception desk, so it is recommended for coffee lovers. There is also free water near the area. The only thing that is not good is that you can hear footsteps from the upper floors and hallways, so you may want to bring earplugs.

We were quite satisfied. The front desk helped us change a room. Because that room was very cold and the heater was broken, it was good to change to another room. The breakfast was okay.

Second time at this hotel. Will continue booking this hotel every time I fly into LA. The parking is free the deposit is not ridiculous and there’s no weird hidden extra fees. Stayed at the Four Points down the road and they charged $350 for deposit which I have yet to get back. They also charged an outrageous $50 parking fee per day. Fairfield is a far better choice. Breakfast was great and the shuttle was extremely convenient to the airport.
