This hotel is close to LAX and Manhattan Beach.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
Rooms on the second floor or higher have no elevator and you have to climb stairs, which can be difficult if you have large luggage such as suitcases.
The internet was very fast and it was very comfortable to watch videos and work in the room.
There is a station nearby, so getting around is convenient.
There are restaurants and supermarkets within a few blocks, so I didn't have any trouble finding food or shopping.

Location is really quite off any other hotel or attraction. The only plus is it’s relative short distance to a metro station (of which there are very few given the size of LA)

When, arriving to the property, I was met with an inconvenience that the magic staff was able to rectify and put me into a room that was suitable for me and my family front desk staff was adequate and very responsive however, the cleanliness of this place was quite awful. They do not clean the room every day which leads to Feeling that there are little creepy crawlers all over the room. Also, they do not provide you with towels or any other things. I would come standard at your typical hotel, like towel, service or even room, service or anything that you would forget to bring like toiletries, although the staff was , there they were not attentive and they seem like anytime you asked him for anything that it was an inconvenience. Also, I went to visit Universal and Disneyland and this was quite remote from the area booking through *******. You want to make sure that you check on the location because ******* does not share the Location until you have booked your tickets and paid. I would not be visiting this place again.

I've stayed at this hotel on and off for over ten years. It was my "go to". I always enjoyed staying at Hyatt properties. This one is not at the same level as others I have stayed at. The infrastructure is worn and no upkeep has been done. The exterior was dirty and hadn't been powerwashed in a while. Climbing to the second floor (no elevators) felt like I was in a public stairwell. The staff is adversarial with the guests instead of being welcoming. The breakfast used to be amazing; it has also deteriorated. It's just not a Hyatt.

I chose this hotel because of its location and nice neighborhood. I was disappointed in the conditions of the rooms the carpet was tattered and dirty. The tile grout was black. There was even some redness from bacteria in the shower corners. I was very surprised because usually these upper scale hotels are very nice, especially to be in the Manhattan Beach California area
