L’ensemble du personnel est très accueillant, souriant et courtois. La décoration est moderne autant dans les parties communes que dans la chambre. C’est plutôt une bonne table. Choix variés pour le dîner et les petits déjeuners. La situation géographique est parfaite pour un séjour au calme en pleine nature. Il y a de très belles randonnées à faire. Le spa est appréciable pour se délasser après la balade.

A hotel located in the middle of nature, very quiet and typical. The decor of the hotel is modern unlike the rooms which are a little dated!!! The staff is competent. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant, the first time not great but the second time great!!! The spa is very pleasant.

Voilà un établissement parfait pour un séjour romantique. Tout d'abord cet hôtel est très bien situé à 20 minutes de Andorre la Vieille au calme. Tout le personnel est sympathique on se sent tout de suite bien. La chambre est bien équipée, bonne literie, chaine française, salle de bain agréable. Le diner et le petit déjeuner sont parfaits. Le spa est un vrai plus, piscine à bulles, sauna, hammam, de sel etc. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel en demi pension. Le cadre est très reposant, montagne et torrent.

Hotel charmant avec un accueil très chaleureux. Le spa est un plus et permet de récupérer après les efforts. La formule petit déjeuner continental et le dîner est très appréciable pour profiter de la journée à faire des randonnées. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

El hotel como tal muy bien y la restauración excelente.
Mal la comunicación con el cliente a nivel de pre reserva.
En la web no se indica que el spa solo funciona a partir de las 15h. Nosotros íbamos con la idea de hacer spa por la mañana y no pudimos.
En nuestra reserva indicamos que necesitábamos parking con enchfe eléctrico para vehículo y nos comentaron que ellos no sabían nada.
Tampoco nos esperaban sobre la hora que llegamos, pese haber aviasado, y por poco no llegamos a tiempo de cenar

Extraordinario todo!! Habitaciones amplias y muy bonitas. El personal agradabilisimo, desde el recepcionista, hasta los camareros y el Maitre. La comida superó con creces nuestras expectativas: no es "comida de hotel" si no de restaurante gastronomico a un precio más que razonable y el Spa maravilloso, ideal para recuper**** tras una jornada de esquí. La decoración muy moderna y elegante, con lámparas interactivas ;-) Volveremos seguro!! Muchas gracias por todo!!
