From the check I to the check out, the trewas awesome five star with a twist of family. Everyone was super nice and promptly to help! The room was amazing with great view! Enjoy it and must go back for the third time. Food amazing to and congratulations to the chefs. The view from the room and from the entire property's breathtaking

This was our second stay here. It’s quiet and relaxing. The property is beautiful and well kept. We always enjoy the warm pool. That’s our favorite part of our stay.

Beautiful well kept hotel. Staff is friendly although check in process is a bit cumbersome. Don’t forget your passport, they don’t accept any other form of ID. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice views, clean swimming pool, lovely breakfast area and good variety of food. Just a lovely place.

We were here for spring break April, 2024 with a group of 7 including teenagers. The rooms were spacious and immaculate clean: the pools were absolutely gorgeous. The property is green and lush. Our disappoin**ent was food. Breakfast- which was included- was mediocre, and if you come late they don’t replenish the options. In a country filled with delicious tropical fruits, all they had was watermelon. We also felt cheated because the weekend breakfast was bigger, but during weekdays is much less. The restaurants are just ok.

La route pour y aller est détestable, plein de trous. L'hôtel a la prétention d'un 4 étoiles, mais il est loin des standards internationaux. La plus grande déception fut le restaurant ainsi dit gastronomique. Un poisson plus que dur, impossible à manger. J'ai demandé à changer contre une saucisse. Mais ils se sont trompés et à la place j'ai eu droit à un morceau de porc. Le "chef" est venu et m'a épié tout du long de mon repas. Quand je lui ai fait des remarques sur la qualité plus que douteuse du repas il m'a offert un dessert. Mais il ne faut pas s'y méprendre, c'était un petit dessert à partager!!!! Le même chef m'a vanté la qualité du petit déjeuner qui n'avait strictement rien d'exceptionnel. Sans améliorer la qualité et le service du restaurant, mon avis est qu'il faut l'éviter.
