ㄧ生至少來住一次，費用也有包含wine tour，我們住的房間是主館，共有兩個館，另一個別館有客房，健身房、游泳池等設施，住在本館面對滿山滿野的葡萄園，心曠神怡。
房型很精緻，設計也很巧妙！
早餐比較可惜，景色當然無敵，但菜色少了點，不過水波蛋很厲害，加不少分。
整體來說，很推薦，只是真的價格不便宜啊

L’architecture de l’hôtel, création de Franck Gehry, évoque la bouteille du Marques de Riscal par les reflets des structures :violet du vin, doré de l’étiquette et argenté du filet.Nous sommes au milieu du domaine viticole de ce grand cru et une visite guidée ( 1 H 30) des caves est offerte pour les clients de l’hôtel . On y découvre toutes les étapes de la vinification et les réserves de tonneaux immenses en taille et en quantité. Nous étions dans une suite de la zone spa, très grande, possédant tous les attributs indispensables d’un 5 étoilé, mais sans originalité dans la décoration. D’ailleurs les immenses couloirs reliant les différentes parties de l’hôtel sont froids. Restaurant gastronomique sans originalité, tant par l’agencement de la salle que par les mets, mais le personnel est très accueillant. Excellent petit déjeuner, avec vue sur le village. L’accueil est professionnel, le voiturier attentif, mais dans l’ensemble, il manque une « âme » à cet établissement, qui vaut néanmoins un séjour.

Excelente experiência!!! Fomos muito bem atendidos desde o momento do checkin, e tivemos o quarto liberado 3h antes do horário. Funcionários muito atenciosos, paisagem belissima, ficamos num quarto muito confortável e com vista para as parreiras, lindissimo!!!! O spa também foi uma otima experiência, assim como o jantar no restaurante michelin do hotel. Como eramos hospedes tivemos a visita guiada na vinicola gratuita, com direito a degustação de alguns rotulos. O serviço de abertura das camas a noite, foi de muita delicadeza! Vale cada centavo e certamente repetiria a experiência!!!!

El hotel es muy bonito, habitación espaciosa, personal atento, pero la relación calidad-precio no es buena (comparado por ejemplo con abadía Retuerta que estuve en 2022). Al spa le falta tener en funcionamiento el baño turco, los jacuzzis solo de pago, solo 1 sauna pequeña, y no hay chorros prácticamente en la piscina que sean cómodos. Desayuno en mesa, le falta calidad. La cena en el restaurante estrella Michelin no vale la pena. Las bicicletas que ofrece el hotel podrían ser eléctricas, con servicio de alquiler para recorrer la zona que es preciosa ( los dólmenes, lagunas, etc). Biblioteca y espacios comunes poco acogedores. Muy enfocado a turista americano.

The hotel is great in almost every aspect. The only problem is that, for the usual rate, it does not feel like you are getting what you paid for. The room is confortable, the bed is super comfy, the spa is average, the restaurant is good. But it takes some courage to charge you 60 euros for a bottle of wine in the restaurant that was produce at the bodega and it is being sold for 20 euros in the store at the hotel. Too much for a wine service. The breakfast is “a la carte”. It may sound great, but it really isn’t. The options are limited and the service is far from being stellar. As a point for reference, at the same period I soent a couple of days at Castillo Termal Monasterio de Valbuena. It cost me half the price and there is simply no point to start a comparison between the two. Castilla Termal is WAY superior in every single aspect, from the checkin in a contortable chair while you drink cava, to the breakfast, to the whole ambience at the hotel. I would easily recommend Marques de Riscal if the rate would be half of it. At the current rate, nothing can justify it, not even the beautiful architecture and the great view.

My wife and I have been to more than 20 wine regions around the world. We are neophiles of the wine´s world and gastronomy. We had a great experience dining with our wine friends at the Gastronomico restaurant last saturday. The service from sommelier Aline was brilliant and fancy. She answered all our questions with high knowledge and skill. The waitress was very professional. The manager was also involved in the service taking care of details. Mr. Vasc was on other tasks, but he had the courtesy to go and greet us at the table. All very well coordinated. They make a great team. The tasting menu is well prepared and the service is elegant.
