Royal Castle Design & Spa

There are no words to describe the beauty of this place! BEAUTIFUL! Every single detail is designed to perfection, it really feels like being in a royal castle. It was my anniversary and the staff knew how to make this moment incredible. I think that those who wrote negative reviews about this hotel made the wrong reservation and went to another hotel, because I found everything perfect! We arrived by car, the parking in front of the hotel is very convenient, the area was not absolutely abandoned as some say, on the contrary, it was very well maintained, nearby there are mini markets, water parks and even an amusement park with shops souvenirs. The beach is really close on foot. Our room was spectacular, with a huge bed that looked like something out of a fairy tale. Amazing, they knew about our anniversary and even gave us some fruit and a bottle. It's not something to be taken for granted and we really appreciated it. The food was very good, always varied, I loved the salads of all kinds, they always had an option of fish, meat, vegetarian, cured meats, cheeses, fried foods, pizza and every type of drink included. The staff was always very friendly, everyone spoke English. But those who say in the review that the staff were not friendly and did not speak English, where did they stay? Very quick check in and check out, the guys at the reception were very kind, in particular I would like to thank the guys at the pool bar, very kind and super professional, the cocktails were delicious and refreshing. The spa is wonderful, perhaps a little too dark but it makes the atmosphere very romantic. We also tried an aromatic massage at the spa, very very relaxing, I recommend the spa services to everyone! The pool was always clean and despite there being a lot of people it was never crowded. Go there by car and explore the area (Burgas, Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Sozopol) Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back!

Beautiful building….in appearance only. The materials used are mediocre and want to give an impression of luxury. The effect is missed… except perhaps for the tourists of the world who want to give themselves the air of millionaires. The service is unprofessional and constantly understaffed...we can't blame them because we can imagine that their working conditions are up to the level of the ****s that gently cover the infrastructure without being disturbed...In short, disappointed in good because we had a superb weather throughout our stay To conclude: a value for money below all!
