The lobby was under construction. ****** users were fighting in the hallway. The fire alarm went off in the early morning and when asked what's going on the staff said "if there was a real fire we would be knocking on doors".

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Manager (owner?) was rude. The room was clean but the bathroom was run down. Everything looks like it was painted by blindfolded painters… really sloppy looking.
Bed was comfortable enough but the square pillows were undersized and flat.
The coffee was decent and the breakfast was adequate.

Room was fine. Clean and updated, if a bit dated. Staff polite. Screaming uncontrolled children was an issue and the walls and doors do not keep the noise out. Breakfast was ok, not great, I have definitely had better quality. Biggest issue is the nonexistent WiFi. It’s kind of there but so slow it’s not usable. Poorest WiFi I have had in a stay. If you’re a business person find another place to stay if you require service.

While the property and breakfast were good. My room had specks of feces in the bathtub. The bathtub stopper also did not work.

The property it self needs a lot of work paint peels falling all over. Tub was dirty and the toilet bowl could be cleaned better.
