This stay was beyond horrible.
Stayed one night.
Couldn’t find any parking due to no one plowing parking spots in the lot.
I ended up parking on a pile of snow. It probably wasn't even a parking spot.
Only one person at service desk to check people in and answer phone calls.
I waited over an entire hour (yes, over an hour) to even check in, which was prepaid.
The receptionist didn’t know online prepaid procedures, and I was almost double charged.
She ended up called manager and got things straighten out, however, 4 people still waiting behind me at this time.
The hallways smelled horrible. Once you got into the room, the smell was better.
Cleanliness was okay, average. Heat worked, thank goodness!
Beds were rocks.
Pillows pathetic.
Toilet was broken. I had to look into tank to fix flushing issue.
The TV did not work at all. Displayed a “no signal”. TV remote in room wasn’t even for the TV.
Decided to just go to bed, however, all you could hear was a zoo above my room that lasted until midnight.
No one had any respect.
At 4:30am to 5:45am, fire alarm goes off.
No one’s particular fault for this, but it definitely added into the hatred for this place.
I will never go back.
