Lagomandra Beach Hotel

The hotel complex is fabulous, very modern and really very clean everywhere. (in contrast to private accommodation options that we have seen!!) Very nice ambience, especially at night. The lighting is very romantic (especially the uplights on the old olive trees). The beach is fantastically beautiful and the water is really crystal clear. The sand is a bit co****r so that it doesn't stick everywhere or cloud the water when the waves are high. The constant music playing throughout the beach area is a bit annoying. So we always reserved loungers on the beach early in the morning that are a bit further away from the beach bar. The staff are unusually motivated, very friendly and helpful! Regardless of whether they are waiters, service or cleaning staff. In a small supermarket you can buy everyday items and therefore don't have to take everything with you in your suitcase (from air mattresses to groceries). There is also a LIDL in the small town of Nikiti. As the hotel is in a rural area with poor infrastructure, a rental car is recommended. The journey from Thessaloniki airport is very pleasant at just under 1.5 hours. A trip around the south of the island (along the coast) is very interesting and can be interrupted by the many stalls with a quick swim (or even a snorkeling tour). The food is varied and there is something for every taste (so more "European" - fewer Greek specialties). However, there is a separate restaurant that serves fresh fish etc.)

Very pleasant experience. Very good hotel with very nice beach and excellent food. The perfect animation: discreet, never intrusive, and very engaging in tournaments and games during the day and fun in the evening. Thanks to the animators Evita, Veronica, Domenica, led excellently by Giampi. I absolutely recommend the hotel.

I'm staying at the Lagomandra Beach Hotel, leaving tomorrow after a week in Sithonia. Enchanting places, Greece confirms itself as wonderful. At Lagomandra I am with my husband and we had a great time. Large and clean rooms, a bathroom with a wonderful shower, a beautiful terrace, smiling and always available staff. Large common areas that are very well looked after. Rich and varied breakfast and dinner. The only flaw, not much fish and unfortunately the mackerel always dominated. Nice swimming pool, small gym. The beach in front of the hotel was never used because we went around with the car. If you come to Sithonia you absolutely need a car. Highly recommended hotel

Όλα υπέροχα, τα δωμάτια καινούρια, το προσωπικό πολύ καλό.....αλλα το φαγητό εξαιρετικό 10 με πολλά ++++ .Ο shef Φώτης Λιάπης κάθε μέρα και μια έκπληξη με εξαιρετικές επιλογές και γευση που κάνει τον ουρανίσκο σου να ζαλίζεται....το συνιστώ 100%....

We chose this particular hotel for our family vacation and in the end we were very lucky with our choice! The hotel is located in an ideal spot, as it gives you many options in terms of beaches and places of general interest! It is very close to Marmaras, as well as on the other side to Nikiti and the bay of Panagia or Vourvourou! The cleaning service is terrible, with daily change of towels and general cleaning of the room! Amazing breakfast, with plenty of options as well as the same at dinner! The staff very friendly always with a smile trying to satisfy our every wish! A special mention to chef Fotis Liapis for his culinary choices!! Also a thank you to his children service especially to the two Maries and Stella!! The only negative thing that I think the hotel management could change the policy to make the hotel even more attractive is the issue with the sunbeds on the beach... If not free for hotel residents, at least the 15 euros should include coffee or soft drinks ! However, the general picture was very positive and we would happily choose it again for our holidays!! I forgot to mention the hotel pool which was spotless every day!!

Мало того что заказ на пляже приходиться ждать около часа, так ещё и охрана на пляже, вместе с начальником охраны умудряется оскорблять постояльцев отеля, переходя на национальность. Устраивая скандал прямо на пляже на глазах женщин и детей, граничащий конфликт почти перешёл в потасовку. Итог: настроение испорчено всем присутствующим на пляже. Женщины боялись за детей, мужчины испытывали дискомфорт. Вопрос - это стоит 210€ в день!? Категорически не рекомендую посещение отеля. Скрытые платежи и оооочень не приятные инциденты от стафа.
