Посетили отель с семьей в конце июня 2024, куда переселились из соседней "общаги" под названием Анжелик (никогда туда не едьте), поэтому мнение может быть немного искаженным. Сам отель и его територия небольшие, отдыхающих было немного, поэтому никаких очередей в ресторане и проблем с лежаками не было. Отель старый и это видно, но сотрудники очень стараются поддерживать чистоту и порядок (иногда это получается, иногда не очень). Номера убирали каждый день, с этим проблем не было. Вообще, если говорить о корпусе отеля, то там достаточно чисто. Администраторы на ресепшене очень приятные, оставили хорошее впечатление. Еда очень вкусная, выбор есть, голодными точно не останетесь. Но перекусов нет совсем: завтрак, обед, ужин и больше ничего. Поздний завтрак до 10.00, но в 9.30 уже начинали еду убирать. Поэтому любители поспать остануться без завтрака. Алкоголь местного производства, ооочень на любителя. Фанта, спрайт, кока, вода, кофе, какао. Бары работают до 24.00, персонал, работающий в барах не очень. Убирают плохо, все с каменными, недовольными лицами. Если не дай Бог улыбнешься им, то потом не отвяжешься, начинают очень приставать (вообще в этот отель лучше без мужей не ехать, в Турции с подобным отношением к женщинам посетителям встретилась впервые). Анимации нет от слова совсем. Очень скучно. На територии есть детский клуб, но он не работает, каждый вечер с детьми танцуют одни и те же танцы и на этом все. Для взрослых нет совсем ничего, ерунда какая-то, только музыка, которую выключают в 23.00. Причем в это время в соседних четверках везде дискотеки и шоу. Если вы хотите просто покупаться и поесть, то отель вам подойдет, если хотите еще и весело провести время, то этот отель вам точно не подходит. Пляж есть, но заход в море только с пирса (дно каменное, если волны, то можно получить серьезную травму). Есть пляж в соседнем отеле Анжелик (мы ходили туда, пока проход не засыпали камнями). Вообще не могу сказать, что отель оставил плохое впечатление, но за эту стоимость можно найти что-то более приличное. Совет отелю: поменять некоторых барменов (научить их любезности и правильному общению с клиентами), следить за опрятностью сотрудников (один полный бармен был всегда в грязной майке и мокрый от пота). Поработать с анимацией, найти человека, которому этим не лень заниматься. Понятно, отель не большой, но когда аниматор каждый вечер говорит, что не будет ничего делать, потому что людей мало, то это совсем ненормально.

Otele 15.06.2024 tarıhınde giris yaptık il izlenimlerim plajı tamamen kayalık fotograflarda goruldugu gibi kum filan bir plajı yok denize sahilden girmenizin imkanı yok ancak yan tarafta baska bır otelın plajından gırıyorsunuz ordada dıger otelın elemanları burdan gırmeyın dıyebılıyor. Yemeklere gelince hergun makarna ve tavuk nuget harici pek bır yıyecek yok ama mutfak calısanları ve garsonlar gercekten muazzam caba sarfedıyorlar masa duzenlerı ve kırlı bulasıkları anında onunuzden alınıyor bar kısmı fena degıl barmenler gercekten guler yuzlu en ıyı tarafı anımasyon ekıbı bır adanalı abimiz var gercekten hakkıyla ısını yapıyor ısmını bılmıyorum hakkını helal etsın oda temızlıgı guzel gunluk odalar temızlenıyor havuzu pıs ama temızlık yapılmıyor havuzlarında herturlu pıslıgı gorebılırsınız en sevmedıgım yonu ıse tek veya 3 5 kısılık bekar erkek gruplarını almaları ailenızle rahat oturamıyorsunuz kısaca 4 yıldızı haketmıyor o paraya cok daha ıyı oteller bulanılırsınız bır daha gelırmısın dıye sorarsanız kesınlıkle gelmem

Bu otelde çalışmayı aklınızdan bile geçirmeyin... Maaşları ödemiyor, Odalar kirli ve kötü, Tuvaletler sapsarı, HK persoeli yok. Misafirler çok şikayetçi. Çalıştıracak kimseyi bulamıyorlar çünkü maaşı ödemiyorlar... Gelen misafirler temiz oda bulunmadığı için çok şikayetçiler buda resepsiyon ve önbüro da kavga gürültüye sebep oluyor.

Sabri the entertainer was class, he made our holiday. Hotel was clean, food wasn't the best for me. Bar staff especially the lady( didn't get her name) were amazing, I would generally go back to see sabri again, we had a great time. Couldn't grumble for the price.

Es ist ein Hotel, das absolut kein Servicekonzept hat und keine Touristen anspricht. Es gibt keine Sauberkeit oder Ordnung. Wir konnten nichts erreichen, was wir wollten, wir konnten niemanden kontaktieren, keiner der Angestellten lächelte.

Just returned from lovely holiday . I read reviwes before i arrived but left it to my own opinions . Glad i did as really don't know what people expect for the money . Hotel was very clean beds and towels done every day . Staff friendly but don't speak much English however still done their best to help . Pools and pool areas kept really clean .beach is not amazing but they eventually finished jetty last few days . No food was available on beach had to return to hotel which is only through unberpass . Bar didnt do cocktail menu and never saw icecreams been served . Plenty choice of snacks in afternoon. Wouldn't say was 4 star hotel maybe 2 or 3 at a push . Lots of choice of salads and desserts but lots of chicken . Never seen so many things done with chicken. Will definitely return next May if price is like this year .
