We are still here at the white city beach hotel and cannot fault it at all. The food choices are excellent, if you can’t find something to eat then you must be very fussy. Breakfast lunch and dinner there is a huge variety and all presented superbly, the desserts are amazing and plentiful. The rooms are lovely , clean and modern. They give you bottled water in a mini fridge and replace it when used at no charge. The hotel is spotlessly clean, they are cleaning around all day. The beach bar and snack bar are also excellent and the food delicious and freshly cooked to order. Yusef on the beach bar is lovely and pleasant and looks after you. As for the restaurant staff..,well, they can’t do enough for you, their service is exceptional. Hasan, Boran and their staff run a great restaurant. Omer at breakfast delivers a great service and is a credit to the hotel, Demhat works at dinner service and into the evening serving drinks all night, he’s always checking and topping you up. All the staff work so hard, they are all friendly pleasant. We will be coming back!!

Сотрудники отеля постарались сделать всё возможное, чтобы было максимально комфортно во время отдыха. Мы приехали в отель к ужину. Пока оформляли документы, предложили поужинать, не дожидаясь заселения. Номер был красивым и чистым. Все сотрудники отеля были очень приветливы и искренне рады нам. Однако не все говорят по-русски, но это не проблема — всегда можно воспользоваться переводчиком. Вайфай доступен на территории всего отеля. Еда в отеле была разнообразной, а ужины — тематическими. Особенно запомнились турецкий ужин и турецкая ночь. Бар работал с 10:00 до 00:00. Также был доступен поздний ужин, и в 00:00 можно было съесть суп. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель! Сюда хочется вернуться.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit richtig netten Mitarbeitern, sei es Animationsteam, Küche oder Serviceteam. Alle wirklich top Leute. Boran bester Mann, Hasan, Muhammet und natürlich Ferhat von der Animation haben uns den Urlaub sehr wohl fühlen lassen. Wiederholungsfaktor 100%

Gleich vorab, dieses Hotel ist wirklich super :) Ich war mit meinen Eltern dort & unsere Erwartungen wurden um einiges übertroffen. Um uns wurde sich mehr als nur gut gekümmert, Das Essen, die Animation wirklich alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein ganz großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter und ganz besonders an Boran, der uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen gelesen hat. Ich war schon öfter in der Türkei aber das Hotel war wirklich ganz toll & man hat wirklich tolle Menschen kennengelernt ;)

Visited this hotel as a gang of 13 golden girls, we had a blast! Food was good, plenty of choice, restaurant manager looked after us, 10/10. The bar staff were great too, nothing was to much trouble, never minding serving 13 drinks at a time, carrying them to our sunbeds for us. Rooms were clean, we had no air-conditioning for a couple of nights, so had to sleep with the patio doors open, however it was fixed on day 3. Best part for me was the turkish bath treatments in the hotel, sauna, body scrub massage, and a face mask all for €50 over 2 hours, my skin was glowing it left me feeling amazing!! Such talented staff, made you feel so special - thank you. The manager should be very proud to have such a hardworking staff working for him.

Great hotel, amazing staff, very friendly, can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean and spacious, variety of food available all day and drinks too. Beach bar is amazing with great staff also. BORAN and HASSAN and also YUSUF are very attentive and friendly.

I’ve just come home from one of the best holidays to date, all thanks to White City! I’m a fussy eater and was relieved to see that there is always something for everyone when it comes to food. The catering/waiters team done a fantastic job at making us feel welcome, attended to and looked after us very well. Boran is your main man and will honestly look after you from start to finish, no matter what you need! The service provided was 10/10 and it was much appreciated. Our room was kept very clean everyday, with fresh towels, quick wipe down and beds made! Hats off to the cleaning team. The entertainment was lovely and Farhat done an amazing job at keeping things running smoothly. He took the time to speak with everyone everyday and get you involved in his dances, games and was a great laugh! He had a big impact on our holiday and saying goodbye was sad, we love you Farhat ＜3 Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
