This is a small simple hotel with good location and lovely family atmosphere. It's not a palace of marble with shining tablecloths and thousand different meals a day, but it's a place where you feel everyone cares about you and is ready to help you at any time. The beach is wonderful, much better than most beaches in Alanya, if you want to go sightseeing, shopping or booking a cruise on a pirate ship, local bus will take you to Konakli or Alanya in 20 minutes for 1$. If you just want to have a rest and stay in the hotel, you will probably meet many interesting people, be amazed by the wonderful evening programme, or pleasantly relaxed by a professional massage (greetings to Sara 😘). Don't expect more than what you've paid for, be respectful and you'll get much for free.

Booked only 5 days before & wanted a budget all inclusive ( £640 inc luggage,transfers,seat allocation & of course SOLO travel costs & wall to wall sunshine) room with balcony & sea view & although dated it was nice & clean & cleaned every day 😃😃 Food & drinks very limited in choose but plenty of it & available all day 😃😃 All in all a nice solo break away 😀 😉

Отдыхали семьёй в июне 2023 г. Всё понравилось. Официанты и работники отеля старались всем угодить. Еда вкусная, голодными не были. Фрукты, овощи, турецкие сладости и многое другое. В номере постельное белье чистое, убирали каждый день. На лежаках около бассейна всегда были свободные места. Купались с ребёнком на пляже соседнего отеля, там вход в море удобный. Рядом с отелем автобусная остановка, очень удобно, можно поехать в Аланью или Канаклы в магазины, рынки, ТЦ или погулять в городе. Недалеко песчаный пляж Клеопатра, лежаки там платные, но стоит там побывать, красивое место. Очень понравилась прогулка в горах на джипах. Это было незабываемо!

Bad points staff didn't understand English on reception very difficult to communicate problems and their was many Food is based on Russian and Polish guests every English guest couldn't eat the breakfast or evening meal buffet while we where there Entertainment very poor to non existent played terrible loud repetitive Russian techno music all day Photos on hotel website very old hotel very dated Tables by bar always sticky never cleaned properly Restaurant table cloths filthy just turned over Good points Our room was clean if dated Pool was excellent Lunch food kept you going chips and flat bread at pool terrace but we were desperate Hotel set up for Russian guests I would personally never return Hope this helps I've tried to be generous but it was very very hard

Отель не тянет на 4 звезды. Смело можно ставить 3!!! Уборка поверхностная, территория маленькая ( если есть дети, то с коляской походить негде), еда скудная ( разнообразия нет вообще!). Если на обед мясо, то один вид. Если нет мяса, тогда рыба. Повар готовит не с душой однозначно. Все сделано просто для количества тарелок, просто макароны, макароны в белом соусе, макароны в красном соусе, запеканка из макаронов и все в таком духе. Завтраки - это вообще отдельная тема. Сколько ездим с Турцию, таких завтраков я еще не видела. Можно не ходить на них, там только яйца и так каждых день. Были 14 дней и все дни одно и то же. Есть еда, что бы набить живот, не важно вкусно или нет. Как для свиней! Отель находится на каком-то пустыре, где только 3 отеля и все!!! Вокруг помойка, грязь, дорога! Пойти не куда. Можно только сесть на автобус или такси и поехать в Аланию или Канаклы. Там хоть цивилизация! Я бы этот отель никому не посоветовала!! С кем бы не знакомились в отеле, все в ужасе. Разочарование! Мы очень не привередливые, но отель плохой! Плохой пляж!!!! Грязно, воняет, лежаки ели живые, зонтики выцвели, заход в море сквозь плиты! Все очень плохо! В этот отель нужен хороший управляющий! Никакого порядка! Кофе машина ломается, кружек вечно нет, все постоянно заканчивается, вилки и ложки в пятнах! Сок наливать предлагают в пластмассовые рюмочки ( чтобы нормально попить нужно хотя бы 3 рюмки ). Очень плохое расположение, плоха еда, плохой пляж и все кто здесь был, врятли скажут по-другому!

Hotel jest super w tym przedziale cenowym. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Trzy baseny, dwa ze zjeżdżalniami i animacjami, trzeci taki "cichszy". Jedzenie bardzo dobre i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Plaża czysta z leżakami i parasolami. Niebezpieczne wejście do morza z plaży, ale można korzystać z pomostów sąsiadujących hoteli. Wieczorne animacje bardzo fajne. Personel przyjazny nawet bez tipów.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Gute abwechslungsreiche Animationen. Man kann viel unternehmen und mit dem Bus ist alles erreichbar. Die freundlich der Mitarbeiter ist besonders lobenswert.

Es war dreckig und es gab ab 22 Uhr nix mehr zu trinken und um 18 Uhr mussten die Kinder aus dem kinder Pool raus das essen war überhaupt nicht gut die zimmer waren auch viel zu klein und die Mini Bar würde dross all-in nicht befüllt und es würde einem der Teller weg genommen obwohl man noch am essen war nie wieder in diesem furchtbar hotel es hat noch nicht mal einen Stern verdient .Bitte überlegt es euch gut ob ihr viel Geld für einen horror Urlaub ausgeben möchtet
