Clean room, quiet and comfortable. Desk folks very helpful and eager to assist. Nice area centrally located! Been using other establishment in this area but Fairfield will by my go to also I will tell my colleagues to Al’s use this business.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast, with lots of good quality choices. No EV charger on site, unfortunately (but the concierge said I could use my own charging cord at the back of the hotel - if only I had packed it!).

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The room and entire facility was clean and the hospitality was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again. Exceeded our expectations.

We are so impressed by the warm welcoming to this hotel, especially by three people: Shavonda Spivey-White and Mort Rothschild were remarkably friendly and accommodating as we checked in. But the brightest star was Ms. Jessie who made sure our breakfast was a good start to our morning, and really cared that we were happy. She is priceless!

This Fairfield Inn is our "go to"'stop on way back from Charleston,SC to Dover,De...staff is always pleasant, facilities are clean and comfortable and we are made to feel welcome! Receiving a room upgrade was a very pleasant surprise this trip!

I love the customer service and all of the staff are exactly what you are looking for in a hotel. Been coming here for 4 years while my son was in school. Last trip here but I’ve truly enjoyed each stay.

I had a delightful experience with the morning breakfast crew who were incredibly welcoming and cheerful. The food was delicious, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of all the tables. It is by far the best breakfast area I have come across in a long time..

PROS: Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, which is very important considering neighboring hotels. Definitely the nicest staff out of them all, trust me. CONS: Needs larger fridge with partitioned Freezer and appliances should be above waist, atleast. I had to use microwave kneeling on the floor.

The rooms were very clean and had a fresh scent when we walked in. Breakfast was very good and Mary was very courteous helping guests make waffles and telling us about the sites to visit in town. Ice machine was great to fill our cooler and have drinks in the room.
