An unexpected upgrade after another establishment cancelled last minute turned into a lovely surprise with my stay at this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the manager Zoe getting special mention for going above and beyond. Will definitely stay again when provided with the opportunity and I recommend others to choose this place. They won’t regret it

今回レンタカーを借りたため、駐車場が無料で付いている場所を最優先に探していてここにした。よかった点は駐車場が無料なことと、部屋が広いこと、大通りの向かいに最低限の生活用品が揃う小さいスーパー、薬局、飲食店があったこと。悪かった点は、施設の構造とロケーション。施設は一階がバーレストランになっており、夜ずっと音楽とネオンと話し声が部屋まで聞こえてくること。フロントもレストラン内にあり、用事があってフロントに行く途中、アジア人だからか、レストラン客じゃないからか、スタッフに不審な目で見られる。初日、シャワー室の排水からかすかに下水の臭いが上がってきて、シャワー室に入ったら吐き気がしたこと。ベットからコンセントが遠く、スマホの充電を枕元でできないこと。空港がCity（中心部）を挟んで反対側にあること。帰りが早朝の便だったため、前日のレンタカー返却や帰りの空港へのアクセスが悪くUberの値段がかさんでしまった。次からは中心部か空港側で探したい。土曜日朝6:00の便で帰る予定だったが、金曜日の晩ホテル下のレストランでは夜の12:00までライブをしていた。早く寝たかったのに、騒音と振動で布団をかぶっても寝られず、本当に困った。金曜日当日にそのライブがある旨お知らせの紙が一枚部屋に置かれており、その中にうるさかったら窓をしめての一言。もちろん窓を閉めてましたが、十分うるさかったです。

Our stay was for our mums 80th Birthday dinner and we had a room to ourselves and exceptional staff that delivered our food with lovely smiles. The food was amazing i will definitively be back rooms are very comfortable and have been upgraded since last visit so was very happy to be in a spa room
