we reserved our room online 2 days before arriving but when we arrived their internet was down and they said they couldnt even give us a room tet alone the 1 we paid fore

Worst place to be inn. manager isn’t helpful. Breakfast worse it’s a joke. I don’t how this place is still operating and city is allowing such a business to be open. Room smells horrible. Even days inn franchise is allowing for the owner to keep it open.

Traveled more than 8 hours for a family funeral, got to the hotel and checked into my room. Went to the room and discovered filth, stained sheets and the shower was horrendous! The door to the room wouldn't lock and both lamps didn't work! I went back to the lobby and reported my find and was given a different room. New room wasn't as visibly dirty but the bathroom and tub were disgusting! I laid on the bed to relax for a moment and thought to myself, I've been in worse! BUT, then I got bit by something on my arm and then my neck, I pulled back the sheets to discover BED BUGS!!! I went back to the lobby and the desk person didn't seemed shocked or worried, just asked if I'd like a different room! I said no thank you, just a refund and I'll be on my way! They fully refunded my room, but traveling that far to be bitten by bed bugs, made the trip worse than just a funeral!

This stay could’ve been a lot better. The property seemed pretty dilapidated. Check in bizarre. No real breakfast. Needed better cleaning in the room. Mildew and lots of dust on things. Did not seem clean. Breakfast was a joke. And price point did not match quality of property. Overall, disappointed. Would recommend you stay elsewhere. Still, no bugs, and didn’t seem to catch any diseases so that’s a plus.

One of the beds in the room was broken and slanted. The bathroom was not well kept and had no bathmat. The water from the sink had a strange smell to it. Overall not the cleanest property. Despite cleanliness all of the staff we spoke to were kind and pleasant to talk to.

I listed in the previous screens the issues that I had with this location. The environment was not what I expected. Yep trip advisor with a dictated the actual real pictures of the location I probably wouldn’t rent it from their.

don't stay, road side ditch would be more comfortable. Rooms filthy, the floors bounced as people walked outside. for a concrete base thats scary. Bathrooms were so dirty, i refused to shower. My own filth was cleaner.

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in. The room smelled of *********, the carpet had stains and just looked filthy. There was only one bath towel in the bath room, no hand towels or wash cloths. The room beside it was a revolving door, in the time I was at this hotel, less than 2 hours, at least 10 different people went in and out, while loading our luggage back into our vehicle, the door was open and it appeared to be a long term occupant in it, only thing stopping it from being a night club there was not a disco ball hanging from the ceiling. My wife inquired about towels and the desk clerk said they were out. When I booked this room, was told the pool was open, however it was not. The desk clerk was nice and very apologetic, this was not her fault, but upper management. Maybe the owners need to pay a visit to their hotel and have a look around. Not sure I will ever stay at another Days Inn by Wyndham again

Booked for a week for my son's baseball tournament. We arrived on time (after a 7 hour drive) and they made us wait for 1.5 hours because they room wasn't ready. The pool was closed and had been FOR 2 YEARS which was disappointing since that's the only reason we chose that specific hotel. Room was "as described" and smelled clean so not really disappointed there. fridge and microwave was clean. Dresser drawers didn't work hardly. You get 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 2 wash rags. The walkways could have used a little more cleaning up but the place was packed and people piled their trash up outside their doors and such until the workers removed it. The gentlemen that cleaned the room....was super nice and by far the most helpful. He brought trash bags and towels every day. Laundry is on site but will cost you about $4.00 and an 1-1.5 hours to complete when you get a turn. There is 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole place. There is a working ice machine down stairs and the one upstairs was broken. The vending machine down stairs costed me $3.50 for a Gatorade and it took my money and did not give me a drink. Here is my issue...the people beside of us were loud partiers and smoked **** CONSTANTLY. There was a door connecting the rooms. The smell was overwhelming!!!. So when they would smoke **** with their main door open....I appreciate that, even when we had to walk through it to do laundry because it wasn't trapped in my hotel room. They were loud ALL NIGHT LONG...EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I had brain surgery 4 weeks ago, so as you could imagine...sleeping for me comes in small bits anyways but when you add the coughing fits from the overwhelming **** smell....oh my goodness, it was terrible. My kid woke up with the munchies in the middle of the night. I wasn't trying to throw anyone under the bus but when I asked for a different room.....Management treated it as if it was normal and would not give us a different room. He just said, "I can that." Needless to say, we left at 3:18 AM a day early. I am still waiting on my deposit. When asked about credit for the day that we left early....he said the system was down and he could not do anything at the moment. I will probably never see it. The highlight of the stay...Denny's is made into the hotel and you can eat 24 hours.
