The temps were in the 20’s when we arrived and the heat was turned off. The room never got warm and we were freezing the whole night.

Pictures didn’t match property. The roof was under construction, the front sign was covered by a tarp, people lived there full time and there were two cop cars out front with lights on. When I “chatted” with an agent at ******* they said because I didn’t go in and tell them I wasn’t staying there they wouldn’t refund me and charged me a $94 cancellation fee. I had to go down the road and pay a full price for a safe hotel. I couldn’t go in and cancel because the police were in front of the lobby and ******* would not listen or care about that. It was completely unsafe. Don’t stay here and don’t expect ******* to be helpful at all when you call to tell them a property isn’t the same in person as on the reservation because they don’t care.

Staff questioned reservation. Noisy until 12 midnight. Had thunderstorm and infront motel room doors flooded and leaks in room.

Fort Knox and Army folks- DO NOT BOOK HERE. I am personally going to try and get this removed as an option from DTS. My room was INFESTED with flies. There were shady characters hanging around, and is definitely not a safe location. I checked out early due to the unsanitary and unsafe conditions, but they charged the card up front for the whole stay and refused to refund for the balance of unused nights. This location is disgusting, and the management is extremely shady. Avoid at all costs!!
