Spectacular hotel in the northern part of Navarra, it is in the upper part of a valley, where you can enjoy total tranquility. The building is surrounded by a playground integrated into the forest that you can enjoy. Highlights: the rooms are quite spacious, they have of a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very good) The best thing without a doubt about this hotel is its staff, from the reception to the restaurant staff and cleaning staff. If you go as a family you can have an independent cabin with views of the valley. It has pool!!!

Very expensive stay for what it is! We pay for everything on the first day and we feel that the most important thing is profitability in this complex. In fact everything is extra! The bath towel, milk for coffee provided in the room….. The hotel is located near a dormitory belonging to the same complex which is intended for summer camps so if you are looking for calm in the evening, better to avoid this place No one speaks French and few speak English correctly. The director, for example, speaks neither French nor English! A bit limited for a hotel costing more than 300 euros per night. Finally our room remained open for 5 hours… the maids had forgotten to close the door (no safe in the rooms)... The most shocking thing is that there was not even a word of apology….

It is a magnificent place to spend a few days. Perfect as a base to explore the north of Navarra or even to simply stay within the adventure park. The hotel has facilities in perfect condition and is beautiful. The restaurant is fantastic. But without a doubt, the best thing is the staff, especially the restaurant workers who couldn't be more professional and friendly. Special mention for one of the restaurant workers, whose name I don't remember, but I do remember that she is a native of Hondarribla. Without a doubt, we will return.

We spent 4 days with our daughters and we had a really good time. The hotel is spectacular and the place is amazing. IrrisarriLand offers endless activities and adventures for all ages and with the online reservation they offered us tickets to the park. The room was very spacious, clean and with all the details. The restaurant is great, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner service. To highlight the attention of all the hotel workers, both at reception and in the restaurant.

Marvelous. It's a peaceful place. We stayed in the big house, not in the little houses. The rooms are large, clean, airy and comfortable. All the views are spectacular, since the big house is higher up. From the window you can see nature and hear the children playing and the horses grazing. The restaurant's food is good and sophisticated. In summer you can have breakfast on the terrace, very relaxing. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Very very bad experience. We booked by phone the day before. No particular details were given to us about the room (275€). We were asked to pay upon arrival (as if by chance). Arrival in the room, surprise… no window, or rather 2 tiny ones of around 30x30. (claustrophobic refrain). We immediately asked to change…..not possible…..so we asked for a refund…. “Impossible, there is no one from management.” ….at our insistence and after 30 minutes of waiting…. It became possible but for only an 80% refund (supposedly for cleaning costs, we stayed in the room for about 40 seconds....). In short, we lost an afternoon, and around €60. So be wary because obviously there are a lot of rooms like these in this hotel (the whole top floor it seems) and of course, we don't warn you, but we ask for payment upon arrival...

Beautiful hotel. Very large and luxurious rooms with views of the countryside. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I tried to extend my stay within minutes of seeing my room but unsurprisingly it was fully booked. Also tried to re-book when I passed back through a couple of weeks later but no luck! I was on a work trip and the room had a perfect space to set up a comfortable office. Hopefully I can go back very soon for a more relaxing break and to enjoy the nature walks and outdoor activities.
