When we went into our room, we found out that basically nothing worked in it. Most lights, tv, etc. we were quickly upgraded to a bigger room, so pleased about that.
The breakfast was essentially nonexistent. We were handed frozen breakfast sandwiches, which we decided to hand back.

I needed and booked a hotel with a full breakfast included. After 13 hours on the road I arrived at the hotel and was informed that they were renovating and the hot breakfast consisted of a frozen egg muffin sandwich and an receipt were differentpractically empty/cold coffee urn. What a rip-off!! To make matters worse, the amount ******* charged and the hotel receipt were different. I will be disputing this stay with *******.

Comforter had blood stains on it. Couch had stain on it. 1 bath towel & few other towels stocked in bathroom. Disconnected telephone & radio were dirty. Room was not cared for very well. Nothing felt very clean. Clerk at desk seemed nice - but did not speak English. It looked like he had been on shift constantly for at least 2 days. Breakfast was appalling. We left & got breakfast at McDonalds.

Overall, ok. 2 night stay for racing. Still undergoing renovations which looking at past reviews has been happening for a while. There is NO breakfast as advertised not even a granola bar so don’t expect any. We were on the renovated floor. It was clean, the bed was sufficient and it did have a small fridge and microwave. Towels were minimal but refreshed after the first night. The in room coffee was not. You don’t get any extras but for the price it was a decent stay.

We were given the wrong room when we arrived. We were assigned to another room. In that room, there was a worker fixing the TV. After some time, he was asked to leave so we could go to bed. In the morning, we discovered that there were no towels in the room so we had to go to the front desk for them. They clearly weren’t prepared.

I stay at Comfort Inns 50-75 times per year. This hotel was below average for sure. Poor housekeeping, tv remote did not work, bathroom very poorly designed. The breakfast was very poor. Few offerings and no hot coffee when I got there. Questionable guests observed. Would not stay there again.

Apparently there is a renovation taking place. There was no vending machines. The free breakfast was a frozen sandwich, still in the package, and had mold on it
