Bath tub was clogged asked multiple times to have it fixed never given clean towels rooms weren’t cleaned someone went in my room and left the door open

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable , clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good breakfast, works for me. The only complain I have the parking lot and pool area need attention, other then that it was a pleasant stay.

Was charged extra for parking and felt shamed for booking through ***********. Air conditioning stopped working at some point and attempted to call desk but no answer. When I checked out I informed the desk attendant and he said I would have to tell ***********. I did not get any sleep, room was a sauna. There are plenty of hotels in the area. Would not recommend.

Warning: do NOT stay here. We booked a stay-and-fly package on Wyndham’s own website for this hotel with 21 days parking included. Upon checking in, hotel manager stated they could not honor the price and wanted to charge us more. We showed them the email confirmation with including parking listed inside the email. They still wouldn’t budge. We had to call Wyndham corporate to escalate their lack of commitment. They then said they would lower their price but won’t match what was shown in our email. What made matters worse: corporate said they would open a complain file but they wouldn’t honor their customer’s pricing either. (*note: we paid regular price for our stay-and-fly package. There was no promotion involved. When you see the pricing on their website, do NOT believe it. They’ll charge you more upon arrival.)

I have stayed at many La Quinta hotels during my travels and this hotel is NOT up to La Quinta standards by a long shot! First thing was a roach in the room when we arrived. I wanted to turn on all the lights to look around and there were only 3 lights in the room and one was not plugged in. The shades were dirty and loose. We decided to sleep with the lights on to hopefully keep other bugs in hiding and had to put our belongings on the bed with us. Then the lights went out. Thought it was temporary but it was pitch black for a while so I used my cellphone light and walked to front desk. They were clueless and the “security staff” was laughing and saying everyone will want their money back. The desk clerk acted like he had no idea what to do. I asked what they could do for us as my mom is on oxygen and needs power to run it. He didn’t know. He offered for her to sit it the shuttle…not sure why as it had no outlet for her to use. After no satisfactory answer I went back to the room. I searched for other hotels in the area then went back to ask if they could have the shuttle take us to another hotel (our ride dropped us and went home 2 hours away). The front desk guy just mumbled and said we had to wait. Again I asked about plugging in the oxygen (thought maybe he had a portable generator for emergencies) but he still acted confused. We went back to the room and waited then finally the lights came on 45 minutes later. NEVER received an apology for the inconvenience or any mention of the incident. I would NOT recommend this hotel or stay here again. On the positive side, the shuttle driver was super friendly.

Booked to spend the night. Debiera online said 4 felt it was ok. Outside was full of bikes. First red flag to a horrible hotel. Walked inside customer service attendant was rude. Booked us in walked to our room, on the walk halls smelt like *********. Garbage outside the elevator were overflowing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
