Booked shuttle service before booking the hotel …Customer service representative said you can’t get shuttle service unless you booked online kinda sucks but besides that everything was great

Is very plain Jane the management was okay but my car was broken into. It's just a bad area to have anything of value type vehicle that's made for more poor type environment is the best way I can explain it and I drive a Mercedes with tinted windows so they couldn't work in to see anything in there in the first place

Unbelievably bad. They first gave me a room that had people in it. The second one they gave me HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED after the last guest and one of the beds was not made. I tried changing it again but they only offered to upgrade to a more expensive room. Either the radiator or the pipes were doing an awful hanmer-like noice all night, I killed at least ten cockroaches during the night and the towels had black and yellow stains all over them. Overall felt very unsafe, don't recommend it at all.

great stay but there is a lot of room for improvement. the shower was great but i do feel the need of more towel. there was no shampoo nor there was any soap for my body. i had to just shower with pure water. the room keeps on making weird noise, unidentifiable by ears.

At first, the room seemed decent, but we were taken aback by an unpleasant scent resembling vape or hookah smoke on the first night. Although different from the smell of regular cigarettes, it was intense. We promptly informed the front desk, and they efficiently arranged for us to move to a more comfortable room, even upgrading our accommodations with a small additional fee. Furthermore, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just across the road from a renowned Japanese shopping center and close to the airport. This central position not only enhances accessibility but also provides ample opportunities for exploration and enjoyment during our stay.

I booked the Red Roof inn because it was priced a little higher than the budget properties, but I received a budget property experience. The room reeked of cleaning solution, but I was able to use the AC unit to freshen up the room. Bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Good for just me, but not for the wife's standards.

I enjoyed my weekend stay at Red Roof Inn in Arlington Heights.
