Four Points by Sheraton Mount Prospect O’Hare

Very good room. Very good service.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. We stayed here for the Park and Fly. We signed up for the time we needed to get to the airport, as directed by the front desk clerk, and was notified in the morning that our time wasn't available so we had to leave at the time of the call or we wouldn't be able to get a ride. So we hurried and got ready to leave. They gave us a number to call when we returned, and someone would be there to pick us up. When we got back, I called the number and they told us where to meet them and they would be there in 15 minutes. We went straight there and waited and waited and waited. After 30 minutes we called again and got a message, my husband left a message and waited for another half hour. Finally the driver called and yelled at my husband because he called and was waiting in a different area than where he originally told us. He said it would be another half hour and would be in a black van. Again we waited and started talking with an airport employee and they asked who we were waiting for and we told him and he rolled his eyes and said "Good Luck" He was trying to help us look for the black van and after 45 more minutes we saw a van with the name of the hotel on it and the airport worker flagged him down in a WHITE van. The driver was very rude and stood there while my husband who uses a cane and myself try to get the luggage in his van. Finally we thought we were heading for the hotel but drive around the airport for another hour and Finally headed to the hotel. There are many other hotels in the area to stay and park. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was clean and met our needs.

Hotel representative was very cordial and nice, which was a good start to the stay.

Alex of the front desk is amazing,excellent customer service and for that I will again stay whenever I’m in Chicago to visit.

Checked in - given a room that was not clean, no sheets, beer cans. Second room, the staff member joined me to make sure it was not already occupied! No body wash in container in shower. In in the morning, coffee was empty and staff acted like it was my problem. Told me to ask the cook to make more...ridiculous. Zero breakfast snacks, not even a banana or water.

Shower did not have hot water the 2nd day. Sink had hot water. Strange.
