Checked in - given a room that was not clean, no sheets, beer cans. Second room, the staff member joined me to make sure it was not already occupied! No body wash in container in shower. In in the morning, coffee was empty and staff acted like it was my problem. Told me to ask the cook to make more...ridiculous. Zero breakfast snacks, not even a banana or water.

Down grading purely because pool was closed for maintenance (sign looked pretty old) and I only stay at places with a hot tub.
Room was updated. Had no checkin end time which I needed.
