I liked everything crew very polite ,rooms very clean.I would recommend it to a friend.

We reserved a handicapped room due to my wifes limited mobility. The first negative was is was right next to the pool so after checking in we couldn't relax with all of the noise coming through the wall from the pool area. Then when my wife went to take a shower she almost feel due to the fact that the accessible showers floor wasn't non slip and felt like it was coated in some sort of slime. Then when she went to get out of the shower the whole bathroom floor was flooded from improper drainage in the bathroom. Our room was right across from the breakfast area so we were woke up at 6 to the sound of microwaves and buzzers going off. The breakfast selection left a lot to be desired. We went to eat an hour before they were done serving only to not have any food and to have to ask for food to be made. The "scrambled" eggs were just cut up microwaved egg patties. They had no regular coffee. The bed in the room was comfortable. They did have plenty of seating in the dining area. The staff was polite. We will definitely be checking out some of the other hotels in the area for our next trip.

WANTED TO SWIM SUNDAY MORNING BUT COULD'NT DUE TO THE CLOSING OF THE POOL.

The cleanliness level was subpar at best, but the friendliness level was top-notch. I would stay here again just for the experience. The woman who worked the evening I checked in was very personable and accommodating. She made the check-in process very quick and simple. The staff around other than the front desk clerk were not so approachable. They seemed like they were just there for a paycheck.The rooms are organized but could use some attention to detail. There were a lot of dirty spots all around the room and bathroom. The options were slim if you didn't make it to breakfast early. Options ran out quickly, nothing seemd fresh, and the eggs were premade and reheated in the microwave. I did enjoy the seating area though, it had a nice atmosphere and the person in charge of keeping it clean made sure to sanitize every table after every use. My kids enjoyed the pool, they said it was heated and nice to swim in, no complaints of burning eyes from chlorine. I wouldnt step foot in that pool though, the dirt ring around the edges was too much for me. I visited during a weekend and it seemed like there were a good amount of people visiting the pool, but we never had an issue getting enough personal time. We stayed on the second floor in a room with two queen beds and had no major issues. The beds seemed a little small but they were very comfortable. The rooms had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Quick and easy access from highway. Room was freezing when we checked in. Staff was quick to respond, but it took quite a while to get room comfortable. Breakfast was not appetizing.

This property isn't the Ritz but the staff were amazing and incredibly helpful when we had a need. I've been to much more expensive hotels and gotten minimal customer service. This location wins for working hard for their customers
