Honestly we went to this hotel because we just needed a place to sleep after spending time with family. We didn't need a pool but thought the daily breakfast would be nice. The breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwiches, tater tots in a crock pot and waffles you could make. Nothing special but it was included. During our stay we spoke with several front desk people, all were rude. I felt like I was bothering them. At one point there were loud voices back in the office area, perhaps fighting, I couldn't tell because it was in a foreign language. Our room was clean but after using the toilet the seat became loose after a couple times, we realized that it needed to be tightened or perhaps it was broken. But we weren't in the room much so we decided to wait to mention it thinking they could check it out before their next guest. Upon leaving I was checking our bank account and there was a $20 charge. When I called the hotel I was told that we had to pay for the broken toilet seat. The manager said that because we hadn't reported it within 24hrs we had to pay. We were just trying to be nice and not complain. This is a sad way to do business and honestly Wyndham I wouldn't want my name associated with them.
