Because it is a self-driving tour, there is no particularly big problem in the location, that is, the place along the way. Whether it is the staff staying at the staff or the waiter who cleans up the breakfast, they are very kind and very enthusiastic. The restaurant that went to the end of breakfast was very empty. Although there are not too many things, there are yoghurt fruits, unlike some hotel guests who are too much to be in short supply and nothing left. The room is relatively large, the kitchen equipment is very complete, and the props have bowls and pans.

There is a parking lot, it is old. After driving from West Yellowstone, I drove to San Francisco. It was too tired to stay here. There were quite a few things to eat nearby. The broth of the Chinese restaurant next to the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast is there, breakfast is good. Ctrip is more than 500. I brushed my $49 on the spot and repeated the charges. Later, I told the Ctrip that I had a refund. It can be cheaper to pull down.

Checked in and headed up to the room. It was Mom, Sis and me. I booked a 3 queen suite. It has 2 beds in the main area and 1 in a bedroom. Started in Rm 200. Walked in and it was obvious the AC wasn't working in the main room. The bedroom AC was working. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. Took about 15 minutes for them to decide it was broken. They left and we waited another 15 minutes but didn't hear anything. Mom called down and they had already changed our booking to another room, identical to the one we were in. Manager and Security came and helped us move. New room was nice and cool. Both rooms had a TV. Room has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The rooms are showing their age, peeling wallpaper for example. Some upgrades like the carpet and alarm clocks. Lastly, the beds are very firm.

The hotel is clean and tidy in the town, and the facilities are complete and satisfactory.

This hotel in Elko is very good as a transit transition hotel in the West. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the twin bed is very big, the breakfast is quite rich, it is recommended.

Two and a half circles would be more accurate. This isn’t a bad place, but I don’t feel it lives up to all the rave reviews. Our room had quite an old feel to it; creaky floors, linens needed replacing/upgrading, badly stained fabric on the chairs, no table. The bathroom was poorly laid out with the tissue holder about four feet from the toilet. The shower, however had been recently remodeled and was attractive and updated. Shower time was difficult, though, as the faucet was confusing and perhaps the hot and cold water were reversed? Not sure, but the water never did get hot enough and we had to settle for lukewarm showers. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. Everything else was adequate, though basic. The man at the desk the next day was very pleasant and accommodating by giving us extra time at checkout since we had arrived very late. I booked this room knowing it was a budget motel, but was attracted by the many excellent reviews. I wouldn’t say don’t stay here, but just be aware that it is a budget property and expect that.

As a frequent traveler for work, I experience all types of customer service representatives at time of checkin. This establishment has either the best customer service training or they have the most elegant and outstanding gem in Melinda! Her personal skills are unmatched by any I have incurred in my decades of travel. She is a great asset to the hotel and I highly recommend this hotel. Even through a pandemic, she makes you feel at home and relaxed as possible!

Breakfast is better, parking lot is large and no charge. The room is small in size, but the facilities are more complete. The front desk staff is very good and the overall feeling is very good, especially the small city has a beautiful environment and is suitable for living.
