Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! A medium-sized hotel located about 2~3km from Old Goa. The room was spacious and clean, and the service of the hotel staff was good. However, it was very inconvenient that there were no public transportation stops and large-scale road construction work underway between the hotel and Old Goa. The hotel provided a vehicle to Panjim city center, but had to use an expensive taxi when returing. The notorious Goa taxi Mafia's expensive rip-off charge has havled the pleasure of the trip. Hotel's breakfast was disappointing. I only liked Lavazza coffee and watermelon juice. Hotel should pay more attention to the breakfast menu.

The latest addition to Taj properties in Goa is Taj Convention centre & Resort. A really very beautiful Hotel on a hill top looking towards the sea. A view from the Hotel is breathtaking. Beautifully done rooms, spacious Banquets, conference rooms & a cinema house for 30 people.”, my congratulations to the Owners & Archietect team for giving Goa a wonderful place for each & every type of events, the plus point is IHL Selections Cidade de Goa( where I have been staying for the last 25 years) for Beach & Garden events. The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

I’ve stayed at too ***y Marriotts to count as a lifetime platinum member, and this is without question one of the best! From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

It was my husband’s birthday and I selected waterfront and terrace bar, I am glad I selected this place it was so great. People were so helping and polite and order came on time. The food was so delicious I can’t imagine a better place than this in goa with everything from behaviour, food and ambiance was amazing and upto the mark. and special shout out to Jaidev he was great in helping us order the best food and made our day. Amazing service right from the beginning .We arrived at around 11 PM as our flight was delayed, they got us checked in within 5 mins! The rooms were very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. As we arrived during the carnival weekend (not planned), we were afraid that the outside noises would disturb us at night. However, that was not the case. The ***ager Inzam went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable and comfortable. Even the housekeeper, Kiran, was very kind and helpful.

I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. Special thanks to the house keeping ***ager Mr. Panda for checking on us throughout the stay. Overall it was an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt Goa team.
